"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"I ordered from the newly added Bistro menu, which provided some nice fix prix menu items at a reasonable price. My appetizer choice was the Ratatouille Tart, which was tasty and a very generous portion. Sea bass was my main dinner choice and was tasty, but a small portion. Dessert choice was a caramel crepe, which was quite nice. My dinner partner had the Beef Strogonoff, which was a choice from the evening specials menu. The beef was cooked to order and the generous portion of strogonoff was served over savory mashed potato...the overall dish was delicious. A side of ratatouille accompanied this entree. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Overall...a good experience. Although many of the regular menu items are quite pricey, adding some less expensive bistro items offered some good food at a more reasonable price point."

I worry about the employees and hope they get their ears checked because they shouldn’t be subjected to the permanent hearing damage as a result of their job."

"Maybe I 'm not hip enough, but when I 'm spending $100+ per person, I expect more from my waiter than, I got you . This was his answer to everything. He was semi attentive and seemed like he just wanted to leave.The. Food. Was. Awesome!The seafood paella was worth the wait and incredible. Except for one or two pieces of calamari, all of the seafood was cooked perfectly. The rice was flavorful and had the correct amount of crispy on the bottom.We had several of the sharing appetizers and my only food complaint would be to ask for just a bit more on the portion side. Nothing from the kitchen was lacking.All in all, we will return."

"The food was amazing but the service was not. We had to ask for serving spoons for two dishes (corn and potatoes) and had to ask for steak knives for the steak duck dishes. My wife ordered a second glass of wine and the server brought out the wrong wine. A friend had called to pay for our dessert, as a birthday gift to my wife, which she was told the restaurant would be happy to arrange. Sadly the restaurant must have forgotten which led to an awkward conversation with our friend."

"Been many times and service is hit or miss. Our waiter brought us the wrong salad. We pointed to the exact salad we wanted from the menu. When we told him that he brought the wrong dish, he argued with me, wouldn’t bring what I ordered and stormed off. I know it’s difficult to find employees right now, but we were kind and received unkindness in return. When you spend this kind of money on dinner, we were not happy."

"we enjoyed our meal and everyone was nice. we called twice to see if they serve dampers and were said yes. When we came there, we were told that they were not serving them. from long island we were excited to have steamed where we are. we ordered the next best thing clams just to say they ran out of them. it was 5:30 a.m. and they were already running out? they were very apologetic and offered us another appetizer for free. we ordered crabcake and they were very good. we also had the oyster app. lazy lobster and sautéed see bass. all very good, but somewhat overpriced."

"It was good, not great. I was looking forward to branzino, but the menu offered a filet, not the whole fish, which I enjoy. I had the eggplant parm instead, and it was okay, but not remarkable. Both ladies ordered a bowtie pasta dish with chicken and mushrooms. Also, okay, however the chicken was sparse. The other gentleman had the fish trio. He enjoyed 2 of the three, with the sea bass being the least favorite. This is a restaurant hiding in a catering hall, hiding in a commercial area."

"I visited JWB Prime to celebrate a birthday. From hostess check-in until we departed, it was an absolute 5 star experience. We had the good fortune of having Sai as our server. But wait, there’s more… Terrance and Megan also assisted our table and together they made a phenomenal team! They were extremely attentive, checked on us, and refilled glasses before we had a chance to ask. They were gracious and warm. Sai was hilarious knowing when and how to engage with us during our dining experience. The team gave us the overall impression that they were invested in us having a wonderful time. Everyone ordered a variation of Surf and Turf, which was absolutely devine. Prior to leaving, we gave our compliments to Chef Ryan and the manager, Kane ? for their excellent commitment to hospitality!!! "wonderful eating and service at Solo-Mio last night. my man and I shared a Caesar salad and the arugula and Prosciutto pizza. I can't get this pizza out of my head. I may have to order back and forth this weekend. our friends ordered the same pizza and auberginen parmesan and they were also satisfied. our server was attentive and often checked. excellent prices too. "Went here for lunch on a random Tuesday afternoon and the place was relatively quiet. The four of us and our little one on his comfortable high chair were seated right away. We started off with Cucumber Cooler $15), Spicy Margarita $15), and Gene Hackman $15) as our cocktails all of which were absolutely excellent. Good taste, good amount of punch and took us all to that happy place after our drink! For Appetizers, we got the Truffle Burrata $16) and Super Lump Crab Cake $19) both of which were excellent and very flavorful. For mains we got the Smoked Salmon Frittata $18), Four Cheese Ravioli $20), Truffle Risotto $19), and Fettuccine Bolognese $22). The vegetarian options were excellent and my Four Cheese Ravioli was very delicious. Our table enjoyed their meal and food overall was really delicious and for a change, really well priced too! Service was excellent, friendly staff, and food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Noise levels were low and seating was very comfortable. We will definitely visit again!"

"We dined on Father's Day for our very first time at Prime. The food and ambiance was outstanding; it was the service that spoiled our experience. While our server was super courteous and professional, he forgot my husband's martini, the sauce he ordered on his steak and his espresso at the end of our meal. The manager graciously offered us a $20 gift card for our next visit, which we will definitely use. For the price point of this restaurant, the service should be impeccable, and it just wasn't. Our reservation was for 4:00 pm, so it wasn't as if the restaurant was very busy at that time. Great meal, disappointing service."
