"We ate at Sakura after attending an event at the convention center and it served up everything we needed. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. We were served complimentary hot tea when we sat down, which was appreciated. One of our dishes came out about 10 minutes after all of the others, but that was the only real negative, and happens. The waitress was apologetic when we asked for it and got it to us quickly once we alerted her that we hadn’t received it yet. The location was also great for a quick spin around Chinatown to walk off our meal."

"This place has been so good for the past 15 years, the quality and the presentation of the food was out of this world for like the cheapest price ever. However, they need to train the new guy more because this was the first time the food low quality with a downgrade of a presentation of the food and I could not taste the flavors. This is not a bad review intentionally, this is just a suggestion because the new guy simply needs to be trained more by the other chefs that been there the longest for more than a decade."

"At first I was afraid, somehow stoned... jk, but not seriously at first sight, judging from the outside, this place somehow looks down and rough. It kept us from trying before. But all this fear disappears as soon as you enter! The place is beautiful. Take care. Clean. The staff was friendly and the lunch special was great (I ordered the 3 reels and man ordered the general zao bento box)! I'm definitely back. The ambience was ok- no music, so we just sat still and could hear loud conversations from the kitchen. But it doesn't make me want to take a star because the flavors were good!"

"Food was pretty good I like that there are lots of vegetarian options and my eggplant and tofu dish was delicious as was the fried rice. The server we got last time barely spoke English which made for some difficulty in ordering and some misunderstandings in what we received. We ordered scallop nigiri and it took so long to come to the table I thought they forgot about it, and when I bit into it it was still partially frozen. I've been here multiple times over a couple years and it is always freezing cold if you are dining in. I will try other options but may stick to takeout."
