"I really enjoyed the Salmon Makhani. The salmon was better than I've had at other locations. The sauce was delicious and plentiful. The lamb curry was really good. The lamb was not tough or chewy and the spice was on point.The onion bhaji and the veggie samosas were excellent! On to the reason of a 4 star review. 1, The interior does not feel warm and comfortable. (Totally my opinion as others may see it different) 2, The Naan bread was super dry and thin. Almost as if missing an ingredient. 3, The chai, non dairy style! Was told could be made and was a homemade was a glass of hot water with a tea bag in it! Now that could be a langue barrier, but was not as expected. Had the Naan been just a bit better. I would have looked past the other issues and given a 5 star review."

"Oh so yummy!! Some of the freshest and subtly complex sauces that I've had for Indian. I stumbled on Khana Peena via door dash. Had a great delivery from them that wow'd me. So I went to their restaurant to see how they fared a second time.DELIGHTFULLY SCRUMPTIOUS! From their lamb to their chicken, to their smooth and buttery saag paneer, everything is amazing. They have these stuffed naan that are awesome, omg, I am getting hungry writing this review.Just go and thank me later, lol. Do bring your wallet! The prices are a bit higher than your normal Indian cuisine but I feel the price point matches the quality that you shove in your mouth."

"Right from entering into the restaurant until I exited everything was a bad experience. Interior is in shambles which includes missing ceiling tiles and I could smell mold in the restroom. Food was very bland and looks like it was cooked by a child. Had to wait for 20 minutes for 1 peice of naan everrtime..please avoid this place"

"We came here after a movie on a Saturday. We were seated right away and water and chutney were provided with papdams! It was so good! Our server took our order and suggested a different Paneer dish than we usually get and it was awesome. We enjoyed lamb curry and chicken tika masala with naan! Experience was Top Notch! They also provide take out! Definitely a must try if you live in Reno or are visiting and want a great experience! We even had leftovers! "Five stars. Great food plenty of options. My friend was with me, a Teaism fan for many years and she noticed a few things missing from the menu recently. The French toast is awesome, just awesome. Tea selection is obviously great. Outdoor seating is limited, but inside there are two levels of seating. Vegetable kabobs are good. "An excellent mix of both Himalayan and Indian cuisine, with an interior decor that reflects well on both cultures with images of mountains and decorated with Tibetan prayer scarves of blue, white, red, yellow and green. There was even a special dining spot available on a raised platform with a low table and cushions for those wanting a more authentic dining experience. Enjoyed a fare of paneer tikka masala over rice, my companion appreciating the tofu saag, with some simple soup that would keep you warm on a cold night in the Himalayas. Soft, but crispy garlic naan bread made good for mopping up the sauces, and a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter R provided excellent service with good attention and made sure our visitation was very satisfying. There are even some gifts and curios available for purchase, to make the cultural atmosphere something to take home and enjoy, as well. Thank you for a most pleasant and fulfilling experience. "This is second time. Was a little disappointing this time. Starters were very good. Main dish was a little disappointing. The paneer makhani was too reddish too much artificial color). Service was a little disappointing. We had specifically asked for a break between starters and main. They insisted on serving the main meal while my wife was still trying to finish her starter."

"Not what I've come to expect from Indian buffets. No soup or pakora or samosas. Two options of white rice varieties. Only tiny bottles of water and cold, flavorless Indian tea. The naan was dry. The shrimp curry was so salty that it was basically inedible. Pieces of chicken in the butter chicken were mostly bone. The other dishes I tried were lacking in flavor or so strongly of one overpowering flavor, like the paneer which was just smoky and nothing else."

"No ratings on Happy Cow, but I was craving Indian Food. Don’t judge the location, a dark street next to an abandon bowling alley just off Hwy 80 and the Keystone Exit. The food and service was amazing.
