"if you order pick-up—check your order, at the counter, before leaving the restaurant. they will interrogate you if you return expecting the items you paid for, but they forgot to include. even with a receipt in hand, they will give you a hard time, when they really should be offering you an apology. i can excuse forgetfulness, we're only human... but own up and apologize, not put the customer in question because you feel salty."
