"I always order pickup and even after 30 min the order is never ready. Never. It’s constant. I always have to wait an additional 10-15 after I arrive which defeats the the ideal of ordering ahead of time so it’s ready. I don’t blame the employees I blame the owner of the Franchise. I understand that it’s hard to get employees, but pay them a buck or two more a hour. .I never have this issue at any other idles, just the Orland park location and it’s absolute, every time."
