"The restaurant had a sign posted on the door that read "online orders only", but it seemed like everyone ignored it. I was surprised and almost left, but my guests insisted on staying. The food we ordered was served hot, but I believe the restaurant could benefit from having more friendly and welcoming staff at the front. A simple greeting would have been appreciated."

I enjoy Noodles and Company. I have been to several locations and have always enjoyed my meals. However, I was a bit disappointed with the bland taste of the food at this particular location.

The food quality has also declined, with dishes like mac and cheese being less creamy and flavorful than before. The sauces for other dishes seem watery and lack the depth of flavor they once had. Despite these shortcomings, I still stop by during my bike rides for a quick meal to refuel, but I don't feel that the food is worth the price anymore.
