"I love Panera Bread. The food is great, with delicious and healthy soups and salads. I really appreciate being able to order from the kiosks. My son especially enjoys the new flatbread pizza, which has a delicious sauce. The location is visible from the 202/101 freeway, near Chandler Mall and various stores like Target and shoe stores. Harkins theater is also nearby. Overall, it's a convenient and tasty option for a meal."

"wifi has not worked for 3 weeks, which is extremely frustrating, especially if it is the nearest restaurant and coffee place to a great university. I have made it aware of the manager on the last 3 Sundays. they say that they realize that “it has been beaten.” when they are asked when they are fixed, they say: “You have to turn to a tech company.” so frustrating. College students may have to go a little further to a place that takes care of their customers a little more. 7/31/22"

"If I could give it zero star I would. Our office is behind this Panera bread location. I go at least couple of times each week and other people in my office do too! Customer service is never good but today I am beyond disappointed and I wonder if the management actually cares enough to even know about this. Masks are supposed to be mandatory inside the restaurant and today this guy had a mask on but his chin is the one that was wearing the mask! How inconsiderate and the staff at Panera never once thought of reminding him. I purchased an orange scone and a soufflée! Each item was squeezed in the smallest bag, no napkins and no utensils for the soufflé! Just very disappointing to say the least!"

"Ordered 2 of the new Mac and cheese sandwiches. When they called my name i could barely hear them and someone else walked up so I assumed it was their order and continued waiting. You cannot see the order pick up area from most of the tables. A while later a very cranky employee came up and ordered us to go get our food which was now stone cold. I explained my confusion and they dismissed me and said it's been waiting for you it shouldn't be our job to deliver it to your table.... ok that's fine but would it kill you to call the name out again if the wrong person comes for it and it's sitting there a few min later? Ate our cold sandwiches and left, it's been 2 or so years since I've gone to Panerai and I'm starting to remember why."

"This is a one of the smaller chain restaurants with a drive through and sit down area. You can order at the counter or on the screens. The menu is listed above the order area. My complaint is that the menu is a bit difficult to read while you are in line. I wish they would post a menu near the entry door so that you could decide before getting to the head of the line. Other than that, service was pleasant and quick. I decided on the Crispy Chicken salad and Thai Chicken soup. Once you go through the line and pay for the meal, you are given a pager. The pager will buzz and light up when your meal is ready. We only waited about 5 minutes to get our meals and each of our pagers began to buzz. The salads were nice and fresh with chicken. The soup was fragrant with hints of lemon grass and coconut milk. Yummy. You should bus your used dishes as you get ready to depart. Plenty of free parking outside."

"Bake goods are always my favourite in Paris Baguette and kind people working there not the owner, he was really not polite while taking my orders almost wanted to get rid of me I got one piece of pastry than I was about to ask cake and coffee, he doesn?t know customer relationships, he should hire a professional help)but there was a strong odor inside the store which was not bearable to sit down and have snack. Place has a great light and wide seating area yet no one was there. I decided to get a coffee and some cake which was amazing than tried to connect to wifi, there was none unfortunately. I guess it will be my last time here since I can?t check my emails and study but wish the owner best! They will do great with improvements."

"very disappointed,You huge advertised new chicken sandwich is tiny! the little piece was so small that I had to open sandwich to see if it was there. it would not even satisfy the appetit of a child, and that is all. a complete demolition. Do not waste your time or your money. "It?s a good place to work, study, meet, etc. Great location with plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of drink options. Food is hit or miss! Mostly the portion size and quality doesn?t match the price. But some items are good. The New Mexican Street Corn Soup is delicious (I took a photo, but looks like it disappeared! . The New Strawberry Poppyseed With Chicken Salad looks great, unfortunately, they were having a bad lettuce day and it ruined the salad-so couldn?t eat it ???? but points for the operating partner who quickly resolved the situation! ???? "I was charged twice for my lunch at this restaurant. I originally paid with a credit card, but was told there was an issue with the payment and had to pay cash instead. When I realized the double charge on my credit card on Tuesday, I called the restaurant to resolve the issue. However, the manager said they couldn't go back that far and suggested I provide a receipt showing the cash payment. When I explained that I live in another city and couldn't easily return to the store, the manager instructed me to call back after 2 pm when another manager would be available. It was frustrating that such a simple mistake couldn't be rectified promptly. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company."

"this place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection!"

"In a time when employees are hard to come by and the supply chain is absolute chaos, this Panera gets 5 stars from me. If you’re the kind of person who gets frustrated with out of stock this and that, or you’re in a huge rush this is just me repeating what I’m gathering from other reviewers, not speaking about my own experiences then definitely stay away from…honestly any Panera location. Maybe any restaurant, ever, at all, right now.I have had nothing but amazing experiences here lately. Everyone I have interacted with has been so incredibly kind that I could have cried haha. A couple of weeks ago I had someone who was so patient and sweet as I chose so many different bakery items, and today someone else was so kind and welcoming, intentionally complimenting me and calling me by my name. It’s these little things that make me want to come back and this Mexican street corn chowder, wow Thank you Panera friends for making these long days spent at the hospital visiting my dad suck a little less!!"
