"If I could give it zero star I would. Our office is behind this Panera bread location. I go at least couple of times each week and other people in my office do too! Customer service is never good but today I am beyond disappointed and I wonder if the management actually cares enough to even know about this. Masks are supposed to be mandatory inside the restaurant and today this guy had a mask on but his chin is the one that was wearing the mask! How inconsiderate and the staff at Panera never once thought of reminding him. I purchased an orange scone and a soufflée! Each item was squeezed in the smallest bag, no napkins and no utensils for the soufflé! Just very disappointing to say the lea...

Very nice, clean Panera Bread. Ordered some good breakfast items and just enjoyed. Their WiFi is very good. The staff is exceptional. They took care of our order quickly and it was great.

So good fresh soup! I love this place everytime I need some healthy food or chocolate brownies! Broccoli cheddar is the best come with a free piece of bread. And brownies are delicious omg. Chocolate flavor amazing. Bakery so good also.

Desiree working the front counter was very sweet and my Frappuccino toasted bagel got to me very quickly. As someone who previously worked at a Panera (10 years ago) I was delighted by how kind the Manager was about catering question! Social distancing is maintained and everything is kept very clean!
