"Been to this location a bunch, it’s Panera, so it almost always slaps. But, today I had the best customer service and it just made my whole day! The woman taking my order in drive through was named Bethany. She was so positive and she probably didn’t even realize she was making me smile and laugh a lil just by ordering through the drive through intercom. I loved her positivity! The woman who took my payment at the window, although I didn’t catch her name (beautiful red nails and cool flower tattoo on arm) was super lovely as well and really communicative and positive! I got a coffee and a bagel and I pulled out the drive through to park to get my stuff settled and I realized that I was missing my extra cream cheese I ordered. Literally, NO big deal at all, but since I was still on site I decided just to pull through drive through again and get it. Bethany, still as upbeat and cheerful as can be, apologized, correct the tiny little mistake and beyond! I’ve worked in service industry for over 10 years. It’s a thankless job pretty much all the time. But, I want to personally thank these ladies for making my day with their awesome personalities, great service, and positivity! 5 stars"
