Why did they have a deadline for a table and not enforced? my whole party had not eaten to enjoy the food and had to wait longer to eat. extremely terrible customer service the manager did not even come to confirm us and to explain the situation we spoke to the hostes."

"New Year's Eve and we had an early dinner so we could spend the evening at home. It's been a while since we last ate in the Atlantic. As Friday, the special menu was filled with fish choices. I chose the captain. The shrimp and scallops were beautifully groomed in a garlic butter. The white fish was gently swollen and very beautiful. The woman had the maize beef ruben with seafood bisque. Both were excellent. Service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Next time we have to leave room for the stubborn desserts. 6/28/22 Another great place to go. Don't let the parking lot fool you. There were many seats. The food was still great and the service was even better."

"I went for happy hour. The drink prices were great for my beer. Most menu items for happy hour were good. Had the chicken quesadilla, chicken wings and fries. both were a good buy. The chicken tender and french fries happy hour meal includes 2 chicken tenders. Will definitely go back for happy hour and just for lunch/dinner as I find the food delicious. Very clean bathroom and some what kid friendly. Cons: My first order of a drink whiskey sour) was very water down and disappointing. But the old fashion was little better. Price is pretty high for medium quality food. Spent $82 on 3 of us with not getting much. Kids price is $10 , kind of high . My Burger New Jersey) was cooked ok and not messy, but lacked anything special, and didn't to me seem to worth $20. I've had better for half the price. My wife's burger thier classic) was same. So a pricey Applebee's pretty much . Too many TVs , kind of takes away from the cool building. The tables are way too close to each other. I had to make sure I was in a certain seat to make sure I wouldn't have to move for people walking by. All and all, I wouldn't rush back . Shame ,they have so much potential. "We stopped for lunch after the church. Coming to the parking lot was not an easy performance, but we could find it and park. At our entrance we were greeted and advised by the hostess, we wanted a table for two. We were then accompanied to our table and given menus. Our server came and she had the sweetest manierisms of all time, said please and thank you and was very attentive. It didn't take long to decide what to order, but unfortunately the article that my husband wanted, the Pitbull, was not available, so he went for the tuna sandwich and I had the Classic Benny. Everything was delicious! Flavors were on site, and the cook deserves a golden star for providing delicious food. I'll say it was expensive, but the meal was worth it."

"The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but they have once again forgotten to include chicken in my salad. This has happened not just once, but multiple times. Every time I order delivery, there seems to be a problem with my order being incorrect. I have had to argue with Panera to fix these mistakes. They even told me that it is my responsibility to contact DoorDash to have my order redelivered, even though the mistake was not on their end. This will be the last time I order from Panera."

"with my children for lunch. saw one because the summer goes away. I finally went to the pick-up window and asked the lady if our food was done. She says it's over here and shows up on a table next to the pickup window. I explained the dame that the summer never went out and she said the accu is not dead. when we got our food, the suppe was not even hot and my daughter mac and cheese were cold. very disappointed."

"One of the best meals I’ve had. The tomato soup in the bread bowl was so damn good. I added some to as o sauce to turn it up a notch hit delicious. The chicken teriyaki with broccoli is to die for. It’s fabulous. I recommend eating adhere non-stop. The service is fast with four cashiers, take out is working in zinc at the same time as customers were hopping in just to pickup and no lineup at all. Their service is tip notch and the place is very clean."

"Been to this location a bunch, it’s Panera, so it almost always slaps. But, today I had the best customer service and it just made my whole day! The woman taking my order in drive through was named Bethany. She was so positive and she probably didn’t even realize she was making me smile and laugh a lil just by ordering through the drive through intercom. I loved her positivity! The woman who took my payment at the window, although I didn’t catch her name (beautiful red nails and cool flower tattoo on arm) was super lovely as well and really communicative and positive! I got a coffee and a bagel and I pulled out the drive through to park to get my stuff settled and I realized that I was missing my extra cream cheese I ordered. Literally, NO big deal at all, but since I was still on site I decided just to pull through drive through again and get it. Bethany, still as upbeat and cheerful as can be, apologized, correct the tiny little mistake and beyond! I’ve worked in service industry for over 10 years. It’s a thankless job pretty much all the time. But, I want to personally thank these ladies for making my day with their awesome personalities, great service, and positivity! 5 stars"

Things took a slight downturn when we sat and waited for our food as they call our name, as the screen said they would. But after about 15 minutes waiting time we went by to see that our food was just sitting in a bag waiting for us to grab.
