"Been to this location a bunch, it’s Panera, so it almost always slaps. But, today I had the best customer service and it just made my whole day! The woman taking my order in drive through was named Bethany. She was so positive and she probably didn’t even realize she was making me smile and laugh a lil just by ordering through the drive through intercom. I loved her positivity! The woman who took my payment at the window, although I didn’t catch her name (beautiful red nails and cool flower tattoo on arm) was super lovely as well and really communicative and positive! I got a coffee and a bagel and I pulled out the drive through to park to get my stuff settled and I realized that I was miss...

This Panera has great staff. They’re all so nice and they are decently quick with the orders. They do a great job with making the order right if they fudged something up. My only complaint is that it happens often. Other than that, I’m content with the overall experience.

The staff was so nice. Honestly I’ve been to 1 million Panera bread and you can’t really go wrong. But the staff was so sweet just with me ordering. She said “here you are honey, have a good day now” and honestly I felt like I got a southern hug. Whoever they had working the drive thru that day gave me just what I needed!
