"There are not many still open in the St Louis market, most had poor customer service. This location is a bright shining star. Our waitress today was awesome, the food was served quickly, and she was very attentive without being overly so. If all the locations had service like this, they would still be open. "VEGETARIANS USE EXTREME CAUTION!! THEY MAY SERVE YOU BEEF INSTEAD OF A VEGGY PATTY. So after living in DC for a couple of years I was excited for my first visit to founding farmers. vegetarians at the table including myself were all excited to try the Impossible (highly touted vegetarian patty that is supposed to be as close as the real thing) Burger. So once my “vegetarian” burger was brought out I was excited to chow down! After the first bite I thought it tasted very much like real beef (which I hadn’t had in almost years) so I figured impossible burger delivered as advertised. I then quickly had a couple more bites because I was starving but then had to stop myself because I felt something was very wrong with this “veggy” burger. After close inspection I noticed my patty was an actual BEEF patty. I compared it to the other Impossible burgers at the table and the difference and smell was very clear. Had a non vegetarian taste it, confirmed it was beef. Told the waitress the situation and the plate was taken back. A manager came to the table and apologized a few minutes later. Shortly after that an actual Impossible burger was brought out and manager said the chef was horrified about the mix up, I did not eat replacement and all other friends at table stopped eating the rest of their food. Although I was not physically ill I did feel an uneasiness in my stomach since I had not consumed beef in YEARS. I was horrified that this happened to me but the fact that it could have happened to someone with a severe allergy is even more horrifying. My “meal” that I obviously didn’t finish was comped and I was offered a gift card (which I refused-will never eat here again) for the “mix up”. A place with the reputation of founding farmers, to only take the steps they took to rectify their complete and utter lack of awareness are shameful. I will NEVER EVER step foot at any of their locations. If they cannot figure out a fool proof plan in order for this to NEVER happen to anyone else they should stop serving vegetarian burgers all together. To all friends and family that visit our beautiful city I will make sure they stay clear of this place."

"our first trip to playa commissions today to visit the restaurant of my fav top chefs and our brunch time experience not disappointed. from astonishing fresh, chilled oysters to this world lobster roll, and garnish and crab eggs benedikt delicious over worte! that was all I expected. also in a packed dining room was the service top notch, and our waitress was knowledgeable and beautiful. the restaurant itself is fun and interesting with a earthy beach feeling. we could not go without buying some glasses from the load and taking a pint from the small batch ice counter to the house. we are coming back soon -danke pp!"

"Good food, and plenty of it. Pricing was fair. They use the big sausage links, and they are a different taste than the small breakfast sausage links. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs and i think they used 5 eggs because there was plenty of eggs. The big thing is they use real potatoes to make home fries. They are cooked on a grill, and not deep fried. Home fries are my favorite part of the breakfast, so this was great for me. It was a bit cold in the dinning room, but not horrible. Overall it was a good breakfast and ill be going back."

"New Year's Eve and we had an early dinner so we could spend the evening at home. It's been a while since we last ate in the Atlantic. As Friday, the special menu was filled with fish choices. I chose the captain. The shrimp and scallops were beautifully groomed in a garlic butter. The white fish was gently swollen and very beautiful. The woman had the maize beef ruben with seafood bisque. Both were excellent. Service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Next time we have to leave room for the stubborn desserts. 6/28/22 Another great place to go. Don't let the parking lot fool you. There were many seats. The food was still great and the service was even better."

"The food at this restaurant is out of this world when they get your order right. Unfortunately, they completely messed up my steak (ordered rare and received medium rare), and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was met with attitude. Two specific individuals (my server and what seemed to be the front manager) were the reason I gave this restaurant a 2-star rating, rather than just 1 star. My server made it clear that my request had been disregarded, and the manager coldly checked in on me without follow-up. I didn't receive any extra drinks or the service I would have liked. Despite this, I highly recommend trying the pear martini. This whole experience was unacceptable and left a bad taste in my mouth. If you can overlook unpleasant service for potentially amazing food, this might be the place for you. It's a shame that the potential of this restaurant was overshadowed by these two individuals. Everyone else at the restaurant seemed lovely, and I wish I had a different server. I won't be returning to this restaurant and will warn others to avoid it due to the unfriendly treatment I received. The only positive thing I can say is that the food, when prepared correctly, was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed this."

"The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but they have once again forgotten to include chicken in my salad. This has happened not just once, but multiple times. Every time I order delivery, there seems to be a problem with my order being incorrect. I have had to argue with Panera to fix these mistakes. They even told me that it is my responsibility to contact DoorDash to have my order redelivered, even though the mistake was not on their end. This will be the last time I order from Panera."

"with my children for lunch. saw one because the summer goes away. I finally went to the pick-up window and asked the lady if our food was done. She says it's over here and shows up on a table next to the pickup window. "One of the best meals I’ve had. The tomato soup in the bread bowl was so damn good. I added some to as o sauce to turn it up a notch hit delicious. The chicken teriyaki with broccoli is to die for. It’s fabulous. I recommend eating adhere non-stop. The service is fast with four cashiers, take out is working in zinc at the same time as customers were hopping in just to pickup and no lineup at all. Their service is tip notch and the place is very clean."

"Been to this location a bunch, it’s Panera, so it almost always slaps. But, today I had the best customer service and it just made my whole day! The woman taking my order in drive through was named Bethany. She was so positive and she probably didn’t even realize she was making me smile and laugh a lil just by ordering through the drive through intercom. I loved her positivity! The woman who took my payment at the window, although I didn’t catch her name (beautiful red nails and cool flower tattoo on arm) was super lovely as well and really communicative and positive! I got a coffee and a bagel and I pulled out the drive through to park to get my stuff settled and I realized that I was missing my extra cream cheese I ordered. Literally, NO big deal at all, but since I was still on site I decided just to pull through drive through again and get it. Bethany, still as upbeat and cheerful as can be, apologized, correct the tiny little mistake and beyond! I’ve worked in service industry for over 10 years. It’s a thankless job pretty much all the time. But, I want to personally thank these ladies for making my day with their awesome personalities, great service, and positivity! 5 stars"

"The food was good. The order was simply enough because we used the self-control in the restaurant. Things took a slight downturn when we sat and waited for our food as they call our name, as the screen said they would. But after about 15 minutes waiting time we went by to see that our food was just sitting in a bag waiting for us to grab. "Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry why let it bother me because this was the 2nd time, food ice cold. My neighbors told me they go to one much further away to avoid this particular store. Fool me once... guess I was the fool. Never again will I spend a dime there."

"Great news! I noticed new staff working at this Panera Bread location and the difference is already amazing. I brought my 3-month-old baby this morning to pick up a large breakfast order and decided to go inside since quick pick-up wasn't available through the app. A helpful employee didn't hesitate to assist me, explaining that they were short-staffed but would do their best to quickly serve me through the drive-thru. This experience gave me hope for this place as I had never had a friendly or efficient visit here before. In the past, with hardly anyone in the restaurant, it was a struggle to get the correct order amidst an unpleasant atmosphere. However, on 6/30/2022, my recent visit to this Panera Bread location was disappointing once again, with yet another missing element in my order. It seems I have never received a complete order at this place."

"Parking is sort of weird for this location because it's on a hill and on a corner. So unless you get a spot right in front of the building then you walk a little bit. If it's raining it creates a sort of river you have to cross. They have a lot of good options but I always get the you pick two deal. Usually with half a sandwich and half a salad. It's not a bad deal unless you want a signature item and then it's $1 more. I thought the kids meal was sort of a rip off. It was a small sandwich and a yogurt tube for $4 and they didn't give me a drink so I assumed it didn't come with one. The food is good just a little bit pricey for a quick lunch or dinner."
