"Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry...

I always love to eat at this Panera because I can sit outside or inside. They’re always really quick with my order. They are always friendly! My favorite is the Baja bowl and chips and I always get my .99 pastry lol… If you don’t have the sip club yet for 10.99 per month you’re missing out!
