"Rude employees. on the drive through the window around 10:25, was said to wait a moment. that's good, but when someone came to me at 10:31 and asked for an breakfast piece, they told me that the breakfast was over at 10:30 a.m. and they wouldn't allow me to order the breakfast. instead of kindly explaining that I was too late for breakfast after he was told to wait, the staff was rude about it."

panera brot is always satisfying until it comes from passion papaya green tee! jk! this disc bread is good, and eating comes hot and fast! can use regular cleaning rounds; tables are often used with serviettes, utensil envelopes, etc.

great and quick! I have penetrated and honestly thought that order would last longer, as the drive thru was busy, but it was fast! nadielis my cashier was very patient and answered my asking and even let me have a rehearsal of the thai chicken noodle that I have requested. great, much better than expected experience!.

I ordered a you pick two, a soup and a BBQ chicken salad. But when I opened my salad they only put lettuce, tomatoes and onions thats it, No Chicken or other ingredients. This is not the first time that my order its not correct. So I paid $12.50 for a small soup and lettuce with tomato. This is not acceptable.Order #676244450

"I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"
