"This is the second location that I'm visiting. I've been to one of the Grand luxe cafes in New York, so I came in knowing what to expect.Pros:1. Great ambience. Can't argue with that.2. Food is good. Loved the flavors of everything we ordered.3. Service was top notch. Our server was very considerate, attentive, and very respectful of our several customizations. Accommodated us very well.4. Plenty of parking nearby.Cons:1. It was a busy evening so service was slightly delayed at times. Not that it bothered me but definitely something that can be improved."

"we were very disappointed by our thanksgiving day culinary experience in parc. all in my party of 3 ordered the Thanksgiving meal. at first, it was just tepid. second, the truthahn was cut by a roast and not the whole bird. third, we ordered one of the meals without heavy, but it came with heavy force and had to be sent back. there was a long delay before the meal finally came to our table. fourth, the torte was unpirited for dessert, usually and lacked in taste. Finally, the waiter accused us about the check and we had to send him back twice before he finally got it right. overall our experience was extremely poor both service and food quality and not what we expected from a stephen rigid restaurant."

"I was having a great day until this place ruined it!! After my walk on the boardwalk Sunday morning, I thought I'd give this place a shot. I ordered basic breakfast wraps and everything was wrong!! First problem, you're giving your order to the girl on the cashier who couldn't give a f*uck about your order, barely listens to you, and not to mention her ATTITUDE!!! Second, was when I saw the women before us return with the wrong order. The Last Straw, our order was completely wrong and it felt like our fault!!!! It didn't even look appetizing that I would just eat it and not have to be that person At the end of the day, we paid for overpriced sandwiches 25.00) and left with NOTHING. She was giving us an attitude and not accommodating. It was a waste of money. Lose the girl in the front and I bet the kitchen can get it right."

The food was simply exquisite, and I had the chance to try crickets for the first time—let me tell you, they were surprisingly delicious! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. "Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice. She was very fast coming over and serving the requested drink. The eggs, sausage, and bacon could have been better. The bacon was nice and crisp but left a grease-filled oily after taste, similar to the time I purchased breakfast sausage out of a box. The decor was OK, the cook was friendly, he came out to bring us the rest of our order. Like it said it's a mixed review. Food, 2.8 services 3"

"Came here for their soft opening and took my mother here for her birthday dinner. The location is gorgeous, they definitely did some great renovations with the place. They are a sister company of Cheesecake Factory, so there are a lot of similarities. The food portion is giant and you will definitely not be able to finish it all. You can share them most of time. They also have an extensive and diverse menu as well. They also do not take reservations, but the restaurant is pretty large and has a good amount of seating, inside and outside. I really love the chicken and waffles for brunch it's massive portions but also delicious. I would recommend that. The Pot Roast Cheese fries are a lot and the meat is tender, but my favorite would be the double stuffed potato spring rolls, it's like mashed potatoes in eggroll form. They are super good and probably not healthy for you, but worth a try. I wasn't too much of a fan of the french dip sandwich however. Their pastas are good and the fish and chips are good as well. The salad is too much for one person, I also wasn't too much of a fan of the southwestern salad, too much going on not much salad. The dessert is where it's at, the strawberry shortcake is amazing, and so is the butter cake. I would completely just come back for dessert. I enjoy the appetizers and the desserts the most each time. I haven't quite found a lunch/dinner entree that is parallel to the other foods."

"I have brought my wife here because I have never visited, although I have been close to living; and I must say that I am pleased that I have chosen this place! there was a 40-minute waiting time, but that was nothing since we were connected to the galleria and that is a simple fitting time! server was great, and eating was tasteful. I had the speck cheeseburger and my wife had a chicken plate with caramel sauce. both articles were tasteful and satisfying. we also had strawberry cakes and ligates for dessert, which were also wonderful. will make this a goal in the future."
