"Me and my family came to Waffle House and it was completely empty. Workers were sitting down and we thought we could get in and out quickly. After waiting over 50 minutes we all got our food, my bowl had pieces of cardboard in it, my dads eggs were not cooked as we asked and were never fixed, and neither was anyone’s bacon cooked up to standard. My main problem was that workers were on their cell phones while we were waiting for silverware, food, straws, etc. I feel that everything should be taken care of and in order before workers are on their phones, making phone calls. I am very disappointed at the fact my food has cardboard in it, after waiting an unusual amount of time for food, considering Waffle House is usually fast. I hope this all changes in the future, but i won’t be coming back for a very long time."
