"NeNe went above and beyond to make silver dollar pancakes for my son, who is a bit spoiled, and did so with a smile. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had at Waffle House. We were in town visiting Wild Adventures and as soon as we walked in, Leah greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our waitress, Caressa, was incredibly nice and checked in on us frequently. The entire staff was very friendly and social."

The restaurant wasn't crowded. Fortunately, half of the dining area was closed off, so the fact that it wasn't busy worked in their favor. The server was quick and efficient, but there were issues with the food. It seemed like the grill was in need of a thorough cleaning.
