"My partner and I decided on Lux Steakhouse for our monthly date night. I need a redo of the evening. Restaurant was very busy, with lots of people dining before a concert at Roger’s. We started by waiting for a good 10 minutes before we...were asked for our drink order, we decided to order our main course at the same time as it seemed the waitress was busy, yet she was very pleasant. We ordered the ribeye with two sides each. Food came out about 30 minutes later, my steak was good, a little more rare than medium I asked for but tasty, I had the roast Brussel sprouts and fries, which were tasty also. My partner’s steak was all fat and most was wasted, he said he bbq’s a better steak at home. The restaurant was busy, they need a vestibule at the front so the cold air doesn’t rush into the restaurant with the constant people streaming in and out, and I would recommend a constant check of the washrooms by staff...the men’s room was a mess and had a strong urine smell. For $250, I expected more from Lux. Won’t be back unfortunately."
