"At this point flew and by driving thru 7 cars in front of me and 7 cars ordered behind me. I spent about 33 dollars I ordered a family meal with rice, black beans, rolls, Yuca bites sweet curtains and quatro leches. After leaving, I noticed that they did not give me the Plantains, Quatro-Leches or the yuca-Bits I understand when they forget 1 article, but to forget 3 articles on someone order? I had to go back to correct my order. I went in and saw the manager in the dining area talking with a foot on a chair with his buddy!!! Only 3 employees work a total of 1 on the drive thru one make the food and one served the food, they had no employee who led the register. Oh and the manager who didn't do something he looked at me and continued with his buddy he sat on the CHAIR. Make sure I had to wait 5 minutes in the counter until someone even acknowledges me to see if I needed help. After I came home, we started eating the chicken was very small and parts of the chicken breast where pink did not boil completely, the rice was super dried and half of the sweet curtains where boiled super and the other half where boiled. Very unacceptable, overall the food was terrible and the service and lack of personnel was terrible. Never get back to this place EVER."
