"We placed an order online and finished at 1:50. The estimated ready time was 2:30. We moved to the parking lot at 2:15 and waited until 2:39 for our order, only to find out it wasn't even prepared. After waiting for 40 minutes, we received a two-person meal with my wife's sandwich missing the extra cheese she had requested. This experience was not convenient or satisfactory, especially considering the usual good quality of the food."

the chicken was not boiled it was ****, I have the plate with sausages and churrasco the churrasco was the only thing they can eat, I was hungry, so I don't eat the rice and don't eat badly, but the res was very disgusting food

I do not recommend ordering the family meal at this restaurant. The portion sizes for the sides are for one person only, so it is not really suitable for sharing. I was very disappointed with the incredibly small portions they gave us for a family dinner. It is ridiculous to call it a family meal when the portions are so small.

The restaurant was clean, but different from how I remembered pollo tropicals being setup. I remember you being able to add your own sauce from a self serve bar. That is not the case at this location. You request the sauce from the cashier, and they give it to you from the refrigerator already prepackaged. My plantains were cooked a little dark/charred than I would have liked. It wasn't bad, just different.
