"Good meal overall. Our server Maria was friendly and efficient. My husband ordered a side wedge salad and lasagna which he described as fine. I ordered the salmon salad which was very good however was served minus the asparagus. It was corrected in a reasonable amount of time so no complaints there. After the fact, I realized we were overcharged for the side salad. I called the next day and was assured the manager would call me back that day (I provided all the check and table information). When I had no response within a week I sent an email to corporate customer service. No response from them either. This is why customers stop patronizing restaurants. Something that was not a big issue has become one because of the lack of response. Shame on them."

"We have been pleased with BRIO restaurants in the past, but this was a disappointment. There were only about a dozen diners in the restaurant during the dinner hour. Even though it was a Monday evening, the mall was busy and I would have expected the restaurant to be the same. The service was slow and the food was mediocre.The stuffed chicken parm was overcooked and didn’t seem to be stuffed at all. The spaghetti carbonara was only fair. The highlight of our meal was a mushroom ravioli dish with a delicious cacio e pepe sauce. Don’t know if we would give this location another try."

"Stay away on holidays like Valentine's Day. Amazingly overbooked. Show up at 7:10 pm for a 7:15 only to sit at the bar for over 45 minutes. The lady checking off the names when checking in had heard so many complaints, she too was openly critical with her comments to coworkers without a whisper. An awful night all the way around. Leaving at 9:30, people were still stacked up and complaining."

"I'm still worried about Open Tables Ineptitude. After reviewing Macaroni Grill's availability after a fire for months, I was surprised to see that she appeared open when I recently reviewed Open Table. I made a reservation for this evening and got a confirmation of Open Table, but when I showed up in the restaurant, I found it very closed. I sent a note to Open Table to tell them about their Glitch, and they reacted with an apology. Now they sent me an application for a review of the restaurant. Hello, Open Table, is there anyone?"

"We went at noon on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was almost empty. Waited a while to be seated because no one was at the door. They asked if we needed kids menus and said they'll bring them later. After we were seated and got drinks I asked again for the kids menus (had 4 kids) and the waiter went away for 5 minutes to come say the manager said they didn't have any, but that he knew what was on the menu. While he was gone I searched for the kids menu online, so the kids knew what to order before he came back. Bathrooms were clean, but they were red and black like they belong in a different restaurant. I have been to several other locations and have never seen a bathroom like that at a Macaroni Grill. They had a big fan on the sink. They also had a big fan in the restaurant area. Spinach and artichoke dip, was very very watery. Also a couple of the pasta dishes the creamy sauces tasted and looked very watered down, not the quality of food we've experienced at other locations. Service was good and the restaurant was clean, but very disappointed on the food quality."

"Tutti Santi is the place to go for our family anytime or for a special occasion such as a birthday. We have already told some friends about a super place to eat on Greenway when they asked where we had gone for my wife's birthday. Dinner was a relaxing and pleasant experience and I look forward to returning soon."

"Made reservations for Thanksgiving and confirmed days in advance we’d be having their Thanksgiving meal. When we arrived to order were were told they had run out of the Thanksgiving meal and we’d have to order off the regular menu. This was beyond upsetting when our entire family had chosen to come to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. We complained to the manager and they offered us appetizers on the house which was appreciated but could not excuse the failure to deliver the meal we had all come here to have. To top it all off, the food I ordered was delivered to the table cold. Coffee was also cold and needless to say the entire experience was bad. We all left the restaurant displeased and unfortunately will not be returning again."

"The food at this restaurant was superior to Olive Garden, but not as exceptional as a more genuine Italian dining experience. The decor reminded me of a Macaroni Grill I visited around 20 years ago and could use a modern update. The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive server who got everything right and served us promptly. While I may return in the future, I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again. It was good, but not particularly thrilling. Surprisingly, it exceeded my expectations as I was anticipating a less impressive experience."

"Despite making a reservation and calling ahead to let them know we were celebrating a retirement, we still had to wait to be seated at the restaurant. Even though the restaurant was only half full, they crammed our party of seven into a small area not suited for that many people. After sitting for 15 minutes without being served, I had to go to the hostess to inquire about our table. Eventually, a server who was not assigned to us ended up taking care of our table for the rest of the evening. The food was decent, but it took a long time to be served, leaving us feeling frustrated. We had ordered a cake for the retirement celebration, but it was never brought out to us; instead, we received just the check. When we spoke to the manager about our disappointments, all he said was that he had noted the cake on our reservation and did not understand why it was not brought out. This was the second time we had a similar experience at this location, and it has left us uncertain if we will return."

"Macaroni Grill at one time was one of our favorite restaurants but we haven't visited in years. Unfortunately time hasn't been favorable to the restaurant. It appeared dingy and dirty. The Hostess was unfriendly and made it appear we were bothering her. Once seated it took forever for the wait staff to show up. I ordered Penne Rustica which was barely edible. My wife ordered Egg Plant and she said it was just OK. Based upon our poor experience I will never again visit your Macaroni Grill. There are too many decent restaurants to choose from in Louisville, Kentucky"

"Usually we love baggio, but our last two visits were not so great and I let that be honest because I want this place to be good. the personal has always been at the point, but in this summer it seems many new server that do not know the menu. we know this food and we've been doing family celebrations here for years. during this visit my dinner and my friends looked nothing like the same dishes we had many paints. for example the special penne wodka comes with pesto throttled and had fresh burrata on the top. I didn't come pesto. my friend ordered the lachs pasta it is always creamy with the lachs beautifully sown and aromatized. He came from pure pasta and lachs no sauce. almost as if the normal chef were not there. pasta was either so muddy or not boiled. very strange for this place. normally perfect ."

"I had reservations for a party of four at the Ina Rd location for New Year's Eve because Romano's had advertised a special three-course New Year's dinner. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed permanently. It was quite frustrating to have a reservation at a restaurant that no longer existed. I cannot recommend this place unless you are really serious about losing weight or looking to avoid noisy restaurants. P.S. I assume the Broadway location is still open."

"We have been to Tutti Santi several times. We have never been disappointed with the food. On our most recent visit, our server Brando was great. He recommended a great wine, and recommended the special which was halibut. It was outstanding. Will certainly be back"
