"Really really good smoothie: I got kale, blueberries, pineapple, vanilla yogurt and protein powder. Courteous gentleman at the restaurant took my order and about 35 min later with a courteous knock at my door (not banging it was left or me, with saran wrap, to the side of my hotel room door, which I appreciate. : The hours for offerings are limited and hard to navigate how to order if you’re just getting in, especially with contactless room entry with your phone, there’s no stopping at a front desk, menus in the rooms or instruction or phone numbers."

"Second time here, never again . After arriving at the restaurant and standing at the bar for over 5 minutes, trying to get the bartenders attention. I was unsuccessful. I don’t understand how you go into a business and you’re not greeted. You’re not acknowledge this lady didn’t even say welcome to BLACK,I’ll be right with you have a seat. Nothing I just don’t understand why the customer service is so nonexistent at this business. There was nothing welcoming about this establishment. There were people hanging out their cars right in front instead of just going to the parking lot. I really hated my experience at business and me and my sister ended up just leaving. This business needs to put more effort in to customer service training for their staff or really making sure that they hire friendly experienced people.And please if your going to comment back an excuse that you’re “understaffed” or that’s “how your business runs”please save it. We don’t want to hear it. You need to work on making this business better and taking accountability. At this time, this business has lackluster food and drinks one bartender at the bar who doesn’t welcome your customers and ignores them when they wait to ask a question, the bartender also takes food orders facilitates karaoke, and the handles the bar. That’s A LOT!! Send your business help! Nothing about my experience was good. I would not recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area or anyone who may visit Woonsocket. Skip this please ride 5 minutes up the road and get you some Taco Bell. At least they are kind,welcoming, and ready to serve you."

"I wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in; the interior seemed a bit dull, leading me to anticipate a mediocre meal. Initially, the service was just okay, but it improved dramatically when the evening server took over our table. The food, however, was exceptional! My partner ordered the barbecue pulled pork platter and finished every last bite. I had the tuna club with fries, and it was incredibly delicious. The fries were amazing—I'm not usually a big fan of potatoes, but these were absolutely irresistible. My 2.5-year-old loved her grilled cheese and polished off every fry on her plate. I would definitely return to this place when I'm in the area. The only downside was our initial server; she could have been better. We had to ask for silverware, and she never checked in to see how we were enjoying our meal or if we needed anything. The second server, however, was fantastic—she was attentive to her tables and very friendly."

"I don't think I would have asked for a better experience, and my friend went here for my birthday dinner and it was such a wonderful meal!!! "we went for a girl brunch celebration on a couple dinge it was a great time, but we felt it was a little too loud to talk. we sat outside in the curse we were glad because it was so loud that we couldn't talk at all, but we still had to scream at everyone else to talk where we were sitting. it was still a good time and we enjoyed everything just wishing it was a few cheerful lower! "We tried Jim's steakout for the first time, and we weren't disappointed. We each had a steak and cheese sub. And the mac and cheese bites to share. The subs were really good. At first I thought they were a bit pricey, but then realized that it was real steak, and a lot of it. The bites tasted like kraft mac n cheese. They were coated and deep fried. Not healthy, obviously, but yummy. The staff was decent, and made our subs to order. They were not overly busy. We will go back some late night again."

"we had a reservation for 11:15, we arrived at 11:05 and sat immediately. there were only 2 more tables in the restaurant when we arrived (a party of 2 and a larger party of 8, which had all drinks and menus). After taking our drink and food order (together) 5 more tables of 2 were set. three of these tables received their drinks, eating, eating, getting their controls, paying and going while we were waiting for our food. the menu was also very limited, only 3 brunch elements and 1 special."
