"we haven't been to flemings for years, so we decided to try. I ordered the dry aged ribeye and was quite disappointed. the steak was a bit overcooked (I ordered medium rare) and the texture was not good I love steak and cook ribeye to home often, and I was sad, so much money spent on the cut of the meat. my man had a bite of it, and he agreed with me. I even had to ask for salt because it was underseasonal. he ordered a filet, which was well tasted and cooked to order, and my son had the chicken dish and loved it. the mac and cheese with lobster was a little watery. the hummerbisque was very good, but again I needed some salt. the margarita was excellent, and I had a beautiful glass cabernet. the service was cheerful and reasonable attentive how busy they were."
