"I have placed an online order on 2/20/2022 at 6:54 for a Turkey meal for 4 and an additional rotisserie chicken. My family and I had just returned from a funeral in Michigan and did not feel like cooking, but wanted a house style cooked food. Remember that we drove 30 minutes so that the food was projected to be ready when we arrived; but there was no food to eat this night. We waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and waited another 10 before my wife and I decided to go in. Shall we do math here? 30min drive 15min wait in drive-thru 10min wait at the window 55min patience and effort for ZERO compensation. The manager who refused to give their full name informed us that they did not have a turkey available, nor expected them at all, and there is a 30min waiting for the rotisserie chicken. She offered us meat and pages, or a refund? we chose the refund. At which point she gave an empty star and printed the entrance and gave it to us. Puzzled, my wife asked for the refund, not just the receipt, and we were told that we had to call the company to get a refund. Okay, we asked for a company number she called 877-3-Boston. My wife asked that she wrote the number on the back of the receipt, her name as a manager, and a statement that we are a refund. The manager explained that she did not have to give us her name and wrote the number and word refund on the back of the entrance. When I saw the decline of social graces, I asked how we appeal to them when we call companies, and she told us that we can call them Ty G. I called the number to find out that it is an internal support number for BM franchises and employees. The analyst was nice and informed me that the Area Director or General Manager approved refunds and gave me the Guest Contact Center number to call and initiate the process. I called the GCC TWICE, without answer, and both times left a message. Then I called the store to talk to Ty who hurried me off the phone and said to call the support number and hang up abruptly. In the effort to solve this, I called the store earlier a day and spoke to a very helpful young lady who introduced herself as assistant manager. She advised me on 4 occasions that the manager would call me back to solve this problem? She once told me that the Area Director, Mr. White, would be there on Thursday and call me. I called back the next Friday, and she informed me that she can't help me because she comes to the manager? And so I had no support in recovering the monies that I spent on non-received foods. It is now 3/13/2022, and I was unable to reach someone for the return of my money, $70.95, for food I did not enjoy. I don't recommend this restaurant. If the culture of a company is driven from top to bottom, then"

"fast food meets comfort food. boston the market is in the ground fast eating filled comfort eating. they can order things like rotisserie huhn and meat leaflets and side how to fill, makkaroni and cheese and kartoffel. I think the industry calls it fast casual, but this is just marketing spin for what still in the ground fast food.Boston the markets were earlier everywhere, but they suffered the same fate as many chains that expand too fast and ended many of their steadfast after a bankrupt in the late there were even several years in the possession of mcdonalds. I was shocked to discover that there was still a boston market in the Omaha region. It's not great. also it is not terriblely consistent. sometimes it tastes as if it was just made and sometimes it tastes as if it has been sitting on the steam table for several hours. the redisserie dash falls from the bone tender, but tends to be overcooked (breast meat is moist, but the binde tissue all have so much cooked by the expanded that the breast meat has broken an unpleasant texture. there is something about whatever they care about the outside of the bun with when combined with the juices from the boil makes the skin sticky. when they touch the skin, while the huh wants to hold it on the fingers. it tastes good, but the tackiness limits between comical and annoying.Meatloaf is good as I remember, but it is so long since I ordered it that I will not try to check it out from remote memory.Sides are decent. her fresh vegetable stuffing seems to really vary in moisture and texture. They also tend to boil the sweet in it, so they crack on them. macaroni and cheese (spirale and cheese would be more accurate) has changed in the course of the years. it now has a kind of fancy orange color that I usually find disturbing. the garlic dill new potatoes are my favorite site and most exquisite.Service is friendly and certainly a crab over most other almost food restaurants. when they are in eating, they serve eating on real plates with metal cutlery. I don't know why with one-way plates and do not really change their culinary experience. they do that where they carry their tablet to their table for them. I appreciate the gestures, but above all it's just clumsy. the dining room is not overcrowded or especially large and I am not in vain, so there is certainly no need to help them. So, immediately after the order I want to fill my drink, but I can't because a worker keeps my tablet and waits for me to choose a table. So I have to skip to get my drink, then I feel compelled to hurry and choose a table. Finally, I can go back to the counter where I was and finally get my drinks and spices. as I said, it's a nice geste, but mostly awkward and not needed. if it was a full service (low food) restaurant, I could rate it a don't like, as I certainly had better of this type of food in other full service restaurants, but since it's a fast food restaurant, I must moderate my expectations accordingly. So if they eat fast, they could make much worse. they sell decent food to decent trips with fast food speed."

"My first time ordering online from this Boston Market. Order was to be ready around 6 PM. When I arrived, I parked in the Pickup Order spot. I received an email that stated my order was actually ready around 5:49 PM. Nothing mentioned online what to do when you arrive. The Pickup Order parking signs did not say anything as well. So, I waited for about 5 minutes and decided to go inside. The doors were locked. Not knowing what to do, I pulled in the drive thru line. After waiting about 18 minutes, I pulled up to the window expecting my order, but instead the two ladies were putting my order together right there, even though I received notice saying it was ready for pick up. Had to wait another 10 minutes. I thought they were the only two working, but I noticed a gentleman in the back drinking a shake, so I assume he was on a break. Not sure if he was or not since there were about 8 or 9 cars waiting and the ladies could have most definitely used the extra help. They were trying to get the orders together as quickly as possible even though in the time I was in line, several cars left. I got my order and pulled off to the side for a minute to check my order. It seemed I had everything but realized when I got home, I was missing the corn bread. The chicken and sides were good though, so I'll give them that, but the service was not good at all. Definitely short staffed for an evening rush of people."
