"Bottom line up front: if you call in an order, pay for that order, and then arrive at the requested time, it seems totally reasonable to expect that your order will be ready to go, and all you have to do is grab your bag and be on your merry way. That was not the case here. As you can see from the attached photos, pretty much everything that could go wrong with this order DID go wrong. When we arrived (35 minutes after the order was placed), absolutely nothing had been prepared. We were told that there was no turkey available (despite what appeared on the website and we had ordered), but that we could have a rotisserie chicken in its place if we wanted. It seemed like a reasonable enough change, and so I agreed to it. We had also ordered a “Southwest Cobb Salad”. We were told that this is not on the menu. We pointed out that this WAS in fact on the menu and that we had ordered it from the website. The response that we received was basically that just because it’s on the website doesn’t mean that they make it, and that they didn’t understand why it was still showing up online. I started to ask for our money back, when one of the employees offered to make an “extra-big chicken Caesar salad” in its place. As we had already waited nearly 15 extra minutes, we agreed to this just so we wouldn’t leave empty-handed. As you can see from the photos, both of those substitute choices were mistakes. The “rotisserie” chicken we were given ended up being two legs and one really sad thigh of FRIED chicken, which when attempting to chew proved to be completely dried out and tough. I suspect that it had been under a heat lamp for many hours. The “chicken Caesar salad” ended up being an entire shredded head of lettuce, half a box of croutons, and enough cheese to fill a pie plate. There was absolutely no chicken included. And in case you’re wondering, that tiny wafer on the paper bag in the fourth picture is what they call cornbread. Its just a bit bigger than a Zippo lighter. Take a look, folks. This is what almost $26 buys you at this establishment. We got almost nothing that we actually ordered, and what we did get was nowhere near what we were promised as replacements. I will never spend another penny at this business, and will actively discourage others from doing so. I offer one star for no other reason than that I can’t leave zero. This was a complete waste of money, time, and gas. We ended up eating so little of this “food” that we had to prepare additional food at home. I will offer one more observation for the managers/franchise owners: there were four employees visible on the front end when I was present. Only one of those four appeared to be doing anything constructive, while the others were basically just loitering and laughing. There were a series of receipts taped to a wall, including my own. These appeared to be call-in orders, and none of them had been prepared. Delivery drivers (GrubHub, UberEats, etc) were also waiting, and still waiting when I left. I point this out because someone somewhere is paying four people to work and getting half-measures from almost one. It’s not my money going to waste, but I guarantee that no one stays in business very long when this is your business model. Your employees are stealing your time and your wages, and destroying your reputation. Good luck with that."
