"Went to this location today, Thanksgiving, as we wanted to have a nice meal for Thanksgiving. When we got there, there was a line to the cashier, and nobody walking in front of the food buffet picking out their meal like there usually is. When I walked over to one of the employees putting food orders together and asked why people weren't ordering as usual, he looked at me stone faced and told me I had to get in line. After I told him we were in line, he reluctantly told me this was the way it was set up today. When we finally reached the cashier, we were told there was basically only one choice for Thanksgiving dinner, with a couple of choices within those parameters, take it or leave it. We were okay with this and ordered. We had decided to eat there as we had our one year old who needed to eat soon. The dining room was, in a word, gross. The floor was sticky, the drink machine was dirty, and the table we were going to sit at was wobbly and dirty. Our food was ready quickly, and after we got it and were wiping down our table ourselves, a female employee walked into the dining area and told us, along with a dozen other people already eating, that we weren't allowed to eat in the store and had to leave and eat somewhere else. This, despite no sign on the front door telling us the dining area was closed and nothing from the cashier. When we got home, part of the order was wrong and the gravy that was supposed to be on the side wasn't there. I've never been in a Boston Market and been treated like this. It was clear the employees didn't want to be there and acted like it. While I will give Boston Market another chance, I will never buy another cent worth of food at this location. FAIL all around."
