"This is the first time I've ever eaten at a Boston market, so I don't know how representative it is, but it definitely reduces the likelihood that I would ever eat at another one. The food all tasted like it had been at least a week since it was originally cooked. I feel like it's probably borderline health code violation territory. The interior decor of the restaurant is badly in need of renovation. It feels like it hasn't changed since the eighties.Staff were great though. It's just clear the owner is cutting corners. It does not compare favorably to other fast food restaurants in the area."

I infrequently eat at Boston Market but had a craving for mashed potatoes. Tried the chicken fried steak. So disappointing, lots of chicken but no flavor. Breading tastes like flour and small dollop of gravy on top soaked into breading. Won't buy it again.

The food was hot, fresh and of good quality. The hot case looked nice, and the lobby was pretty clean with the exception of the overflowing trash receptacle. The staff was friendly and attentive. As a former manager of Boston Market I am more particular than some. good experience over all
