"My first time ordering online from this Boston Market. Order was to be ready around 6 PM. When I arrived, I parked in the Pickup Order spot. I received an email that stated my order was actually ready around 5:49 PM. Nothing mentioned online what to do when you arrive. The Pickup Order parking signs did not say anything as well. So, I waited for about 5 minutes and decided to go inside. The doors were locked. Not knowing what to do, I pulled in the drive thru line. After waiting about 18 minutes, I pulled up to the window expecting my order, but instead the two ladies were putting my order together right there, even though I received notice saying it was ready for pick up. they had no more ripening since the season. instead I went with the spicy chicken. it was fantastic. crispy, sharp and delicate; it checks all the little ones. the meat leaf I got for my daughter was delicious and used the same glaze to use the ribs. while the sides were also top notch and it reminded me all like a home cooked meal. the waiting time was low and we all with a full booze and rest. very suggested they visit!

This is a real time review… my wife placed an online order over an hour ago. After getting there, and waiting 15min in the drive through, she’s being told they ran out of chicken, and she now needs to come back in 15min, to get back in the drive through line (which is wrapped around the bldg, since no one is being allowed inside the restaurant), and try again…. What kind of mess is this, Boston Market?? You take our money, then tell us you’re out of chicken??? I’m starting to remember why it’s been YEARS since we last went to a Boston Market. If this is how you do BOGO (unprepared for the amount of business you’re going to get)… then don’t…please.UPDATE:… it’s gets better! Now almost 2 hours...

NOT EVER AGAIN! I'd stopped coming to this Boston Market because of how slow they had gotten over the years, but I received a coupon online (as I do often) and decided to try it again after 2 yrs. Biggest Mistake ever. I placed an online order at 4:15pm for pickup at 5pm. The doors were locked, so I had to get into the line wrapped around the building. No problem so far..... well after sitting in the line for 20 mins I get to the mic to let them know I was here to pick up my online order AND THEYRE OUT OF CHICKEN!! The girl asked me to wait 15 mins and get back in line. I'm right now sitting at the window again and they just told me that someone else has already picked up my order......WHAT?...
