"Completely appalled at the situation I was involved in at your Destiny USA location. I made a reservation on open table, arrived on time to be ignored because there was more important gossip about someone being “too messed up to come in.” We were assured once spoken to that we would get a table quick. Multiple people walked in after us, and were sat while we stood by waiting, we were a party of 3 and so were they. Employees were chasing people out of the restaurant offering them an immediate table because the situation was so messy. After standing by and waiting for 15 minutes we notified the staff we were leaving. An employee chased us across the mall, shouting at my wife about our decision to go elsewhere. Incredibly poor customer service and absolutely unethical behavior by your employees."

"Hello Made the reservation online and arrived on time Friday 6/7/19 for 6:15 with my group of nine. They had no record of our reservation and the greeter said sometimes we have no way of knowing your reservation . We all looked at each other because 2 weeks prior I called in and the female said I could make it online. I sad Ok can you go ahead and reserve for 10 and she replied hesitantly O.K. So this time I made the reservation received confirmation and even saved it and to our avail the sataff was clueless. we luckily only waited 15 20 minutes and were seated. The rest was all good. "After expressing our dissatisfaction with the service, the manager half-heartedly attempted to address our needs. When my husband complained that his pasta was cold, she dismissively said she was just asking about the flavor and walked away. Most of the food at our table was cold or greasy, including the all-you-can-eat shrimp which was disappointing. Getting more shrimp took forever and the bill was incorrect and took a long time to correct. We had to argue to get any sort of discount. Overall, the experience was so bad that I hope corporate sees this review and takes action. It's not surprising that the restaurant was nearly empty on Mother's Day. They clearly do not prioritize customer service, and if they are this terrible on the front end, it's concerning to think about how they handle the back end of their business."

"the service was bad for many reasons. we asked for hot water with lemon and had to remember our waitress twice about the lemons. one of our meal times lacked a product and when we noticed, we were keeping to want it. it was likely to be your fault not to bring it. I ordered wings and was not asked what sauce I wanted. not a big thing I forgot and forget our waitress. When my wings came with ranch, I asked politely blue cheese and I got subtle eye role and blamed for not asking her when I ordered. Maybe you should have asked me before you get it out? Eat was good and lived up to our usual expectation of what we would get at ordinary tgifridays."

"Unfortunately, it seems that TGIF is going through a decline. I used to enjoy eating there, but my recent experiences at different locations have been disappointing. This particular visit was especially bad. Our server, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to serve us. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items that were missing from our meals. Even after speaking with the manager, we only received our side dishes after everyone had finished eating. Additionally, there were issues with coupons being applied incorrectly, but I didn't have the patience to wait for it to be fixed. I usually have a high level of understanding when dining out, but this experience was exceptionally poor. To make matters worse, I suffered from a severe stomach ache afterward. I do not recommend this restaurant and do not plan on returning."

"there were no hostess present so our party of 5 stood in the entrance for 15 minutes waiting for the service. they did not prepare for our reservation and did not review me from the open table. our server has made the effort, but it was their third day and they sat her a 12 top plus our 5 top. eating was very good, but there were several mistakes to come slowly on the top. corrections were also slow. the birthday note made with our reservation has not been recognized. overall the event was a failure, it took much longer than expected and we decided not to have drinks due to the long delays."

"Absolutely horrible. Reserved on open table at 10:18 for 10:30. When we arrived we were told that they do not take reservations. I showed the hostess my reservation she yelled at me. Told me she could not seat us and we could not eat. I asked why and she said they were busy. I said well there are a bunch of open tables. I pointed to them. She said they are all closed. She told me I had to leave. Note this was a graduation dinner for my daughter after her commencements. We left. Upon leaving we saw lots of people going into the place. We were the only white people. We were denied service for the color of our skin. I have contacted the media and I have contacted TGI FRIDAYS."

"This was our second time in Thea and took our son and his wife with us. They ordered the arancini as it came from Tuscany, and despite the high bar, they loved it. My wife had the seafood pasta and we loved it. Our son had ordered the veal milanese but missed the last one so he chose the chicken milanese and gave it high marks. We shared an orange cheesecake and coffee, all of which were generous and very tasty. The only breakdown in the service was that they lacked chilled white wine "buckets", so we took care of the (byob) bottle with good old ice cream. Otherwise, our server and trainee took great care of us."

"the service was very few people there. the $10 endless appetizer deal was excellent! my date ordered the sesam jack huhn STRIPS-an $11 order nothing else with this meal. dish was delivered and it wasn't striping it was pieces by huh smaller than boneless wing size; this was not the money charged. despite the size, the meal/ sauce was really good. a picture of this meal on travel advisor and the picture showed actual stripes. "On May 5th, I visited this restaurant and found the food to be delicious. They didn't have our reservation, but the service was so slow that it didn't really matter. It took about 30 minutes for the waiter to bring us our drinks (2 diet sodas). I ordered a starter, soup, and a salad, while my date ordered a rare steak dinner. Someone else brought out my soup and salad, followed by my entree 15 minutes later. Ten minutes after that, my date's steak finally arrived. The service was not attentive and we tipped 18%, but it wasn't worth it."

"I can't even explain the experience! In my 45 years of dining out I tried to take my daughter for a birthday dinner with my other daughters and my mother and my grandson. Nothing and I mean nothing went right!! They brought us the wrong orders, we were supposed to be getting endless apps, but they never came back to give us them, they never refilled our drinks, everyone of our meals were messed up , and I mean missing something major ! and when we asked the main , out of the five different waiters that came to our table, she told us they were they were out of it, but then another waitress or manager would bring it to us !! so they weren't out of it !!and then she told us they don't sing happy birthday although when I called ahead they told me they did !! and they sure do , and they eventually did!! The manager was completely incompetent and refused to comp anything, and gave us a dirty take-home box!!! I was sick to my stomach and close to crying!!! Other people were actually getting up and walking out in the middle of their meals!!! One waitress promised to make everything right for us and asked us what we needed and told us the problem was the place was too crazy and some waiters and waitresses couldn't take it and walked out in the middle of shifts?! and she promised to make everything right.. then when she went away to get our drinks and dips, cutlery...she never came back!!! I really don't know what else more to say but this place should be shut down!!"

"My family had dinner tonight and our server was John. Despite the many times we have visited this restaurant with and without our children, we have never encountered such a warm, knowledgeable, and particularly child-friendly server like him. John was attentive and efficient, providing the best customer service we have ever experienced at this TGI Friday. He engaged with our children like they were part of his own family. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I am not easily impressed by service, but John's excellence truly stood out. Thank you, John and Friday, for a wonderful evening! We will definitely request his section the next time we visit."

"it was terrible. about 25% on Mother's Day Sunday. they claimed not have a reservation of open table, but they are so disorganized I suspect that the disorder is at the end of tgifriday. the service was ridiculously slow for our party of 9 in a mostly empty restaurant. our server decided to lean on our table after he had taken over our commands (he later gave to the manager that he had fallen back and decided to just let our table go.) it took approx. 45 minutes to get our order out. at least the first part. several things were forgotten. the personal appears uninterested and unenchanted. I owe you to the manager. she was terrible and there is no possibility that a person under her leadership is motivated or competent from far away. After complaining about the bad quality of the service, she tried to tackle our needs in halfheartedly. they asked my man how his pasta his truthful answer was cold. no sweat she said that I actually only wanted to know how the taste was and then went away without ever addressing his cold food. most of our tables were cold or greasy or both. all they can eat was pathetic. more to ask for 4 hearty garnels, which for ever took to 1, they receive every 's attention to question and 2. to prepare. the bill was wrong to correct forever. had to fight to get any type of discount. it should have been really free and I'm not one who tries to get free of charge. it was so terrible, and I hope that the companies will see and act this review. too many reviews like this. there is a reason that this restaurant was practically empty on the afternoon of the mother. they simply don't know how or take care of customer service. if they are so terrible at the front end of the business, it is scary to think how they manage the rear end (food handling, storage, food preparation.)"

"I would not return to this restaurant and I definitely would not recommend it. The food was awful and when we mentioned it to the server and requested to speak with the manager, he never showed up. We asked again and he was still nowhere to be found. We could see him hiding around the corner in the kitchen. The service was terrible and the restrooms were dirty. I'm surprised this place is still in business. It's dark, dingy, and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. They also refuse to take Open Table reservations and seem annoyed that they are listed on the platform. It's a strange place."

"I came to tgi on 5-13-2019 at 16:20 am my reservation was at 4:45 am when I was greeted by the host, I declare that I have a reservation that I declare online thru open table the host declares that she never heard of it. they said there are reservations made when they call the restaurant and they write it in the book. I told her I had a confirmation no. She told me I didn't know anything about it and never heard of it. So I said well ask her manager maybe he can help us with it, she went to ask him he said he didn't know anything about open table although I had a confirmation no. it is nothing he could do about it he never came to speak or to welcome or to apologize or something. I asked his name, she told me reluctantly steven brown. because it was a graduation party, we stayed there but we will not protect that establishment and we will spread the word. By the way, the waitress was great to never see the chance or talk to the man he never came out to welcome us."

"Nevertheless, my partner and I enjoyed a nice lunch. Although my meal was very good, the portion was quite small. The waiter agreed and arranged for the chef to give me an extra piece. My partner really liked his burger, so there were no complaints on that front. Sometimes things go wrong, but that won't deter me from returning to TGIF. It has always been a great place for a casual meal."
