"I've come to realize that dining at Penn Station can be unpredictable. Like many places, the quality of staff varies from one restaurant to another—though Chick-fil-A seems to have consistent service. I plan to focus on the locations with better employees. Unfortunately, the staff at this particular location tends to be playful and frequently gets my order wrong. When I ask for extra mayo, I often receive none, and when I request extra tomatoes, I get just one. It's not that complicated! I rarely face issues at my usual spots, so I'll stick with the ones that show more care and attention."
