"I have placed a $60 order including 3meals, 2 on the part and a market salad. when we came home, we realized that 2 of my 3 meals were missing. we called the load and said it was too bad and they couldn't help. we told them we were right on the road and could pick up the failed meal, but we were told we were just before the closure, and it was too bad that they said we could come back tomorrow for the meal. that doesn't make anything for our ruined dinner tonight! the woman we talked to, I don't remember her names, had a terrible attitude and made it feel that it was our fault for the missing meals. the lack of mealtimes is a thing, but the complete lack of accountability and lack of determination is ridiculous. to far the worst Chick-fil-A in the city."
