One of the cars from the back left the line. I even ordered the app because I had so much time. I would have left the line and stood up, but my 11-month old age was asleep. She didn't care how long the line got. She just went on and talked to the same car. And then one of the employees had to come to her and let her know she was done with her line, and the manger asked her to help her with her line. It doesn't matter to wait, but if you want to let me wait because you want to throw the watch out and do it...

I'm always amazed at how fast the line and the service is here. It doesn't matter how long the line is, it moves pretty fast. And the chicken bugs make every waiting time worth it. The new shake is worth trying. Food: 5/5

We work door dash and this restaurant almost never has the orders ready on time. The staff will rarely acknowledge any dasher. Most of the time, I pick up on vibes that make me feel as though my presence is a nuisance to them.

They messed up our order and had a bad customer service. It was so ridiculous that my husband asked for a refund and returned everything back to them. I've never seen my husband stop eating. This happens during the evening period and they only have to work with customers with communication skills and train better.
