"Two major issues within a month and the owner refuses to speak to me about it. We never had these issues at any other location. Every manager who is on duty has a bad attitude when you try to address concerns with them. Why is this the only restaurant in America that gets orders wrong on a consistent basis? McDonald 's across the street never gets my order wrong. It 's sad that I have been going to Chick-fil-A my whole life and NEVER had issues until I moved here. When I went to complain to the manager this morning that I keep having problems at this restaurant he said, then why do you keep coming? . Whatever happened to, the customer is always right? ."
