"The food at this restaurant is of high quality, but it is on the more expensive side. However, the delivery service is slow. I don't mind waiting as long as I am given an accurate estimate. "They're cheap and close by so I've ordered from them a few times. Yesterday I ordered four chicken teriyaki lunch specials and they all smelled sour. How do you sell customers rotten food? Business is tough cause of Covid19 but to not throw out bad food to make sales is not a good practice to sustain your business, especially in a smaller community."

"Terrible. Sushi was not good quality. It was super expensive the all-you-can-eat. And to top it off, the waitress was super passive-aggressive. We left one roll of sushi that tasted so bad, and I respectfully tried to tell her that it was not to our liking. She rebutted that the fish is super fresh and that there is no way that it tastes bad instead of easily not charging us for the left over sushi. Because, yes, if you leave a roll of sushi, they will charge you how much the roll is worth and that roll in particular was 15.00$ extra. She charged us the 15.00$ extra for leaving a roll that tasted like plastic and laughed because she thought we were wrong and making it up. So the bill was hefty and the food was terrible, and to top it off, the service doesn’t do anything to compensate for the bad food. I paid and left and never looked back. It does not deserve a 4.1 rating, that is being generous. Plus it is not a buffet, it is all you can eat but it is crazy expensive."

Hopefully they can fix their front of house issues (servers not attentive, bathrooms not clean, no sushimenus in stock, etc). "Yesterday my cousin and I visited this place for the first time and I must say we were very impressed by the decor, service and delicious food. Simson was our waiter who was so attentive, friendly and quick with the service. All of the appetizers and entrees was so fresh and tasty. For apps we had the shumai and gyoza ? pork dumplings. For entree we had crunchy tuna and crab rolls, a volcano roll, shrimp tail roll, seafood fried rice and general Tso chicken. The interior of the restaurant was a cultural Japanese ambience from the furniture, art, and seating style. We will definitely be visiting this place again. The food and service is excellent."

"dissatisfied when my first time was ordered from here. sushi was moderate and simply did not taste fresh. one of my tuna sushi has actually been tinted brown, likely to be omitted from a previous order. beef negamaki was cold and sauce had bred like the edamame. I know his delivery, but they usually keep some of their heat. it seemed to have been prepared and put aside. overall assessment is not recommended. there are many local sushi places that are superior."

"pretty pleased with this food. it is fresh and flavorful and a great value for the money. I ordered from Seamless. the restaurant called me while preparing the order to confirm my requests, which I really appreciated. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bento box (9.25 (only 9.25 for salmon!!! with shumai (a shrimp dumpling and an edamame. instead of rice, I opted for extra salad, which was barely many leaves. that’s my only con I think they could’ve been a little more generous on the salad, considering it was in place of the rice. the salmon is cooked well and very flavorful. the shumai is delicious and comes with a soy sauce to dip. the salad is decent and flavorful with a delicious citrusy dressing. and the edamame average. could’ve used seasoning. but still good. overall good value and straightforward food."

"We ate at Sakura after attending an event at the convention center and it served up everything we needed. The food was very tasty and fairly priced. We were served complimentary hot tea when we sat down, which was appreciated. One of our dishes came out about 10 minutes after all of the others, but that was the only real negative, and happens. The waitress was apologetic when we asked for it and got it to us quickly once we alerted her that we hadn’t received it yet. The location was also great for a quick spin around Chinatown to walk off our meal."

"This place has been so good for the past 15 years, the quality and the presentation of the food was out of this world for like the cheapest price ever. However, they need to train the new guy more because this was the first time the food low quality with a downgrade of a presentation of the food and I could not taste the flavors. This is not a bad review intentionally, this is just a suggestion because the new guy simply needs to be trained more by the other chefs that been there the longest for more than a decade."
