"Decent and fresh sushi at decent prices. This will Not be your fresh from Japan omakase high end selections but it's good for its price point. Service was attentive and cordial without being overbearing. The atmosphere is nice and the tables were full when I went but luckily not too loud. I understand they have hibachi but did not try that. Their takeout selection is very nice also."

"The new management has definitely turned this restaurant around ! Their food is absolutely delicious!! The amount of food we get for the price we pay is awesome . This is our second time in the last 2 weeks going and it’s safe to say this will be the new small business we will be supporting , weekly !Also , the husband and wife who own the place are super sweet ! "My husband and I come from the Middle Island to Smithtown, just for the sushi. And definitely worth the trip. We're never disappointed. Also the owners Alex and Sharon are wonderful people. They treat everyone like family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And some times I noticed other customers who sit and enjoy their dinner, we are often very friendly. It's like this place's gonna bring kindness to everyone. I wonder if they add something to the food, LOL. Sushi is always fresh and tasty. My husband is very picky about his sushi. And the best part of it is the menu that has a variety of delicious dishes. And very good for what they give you. Do not get nervous when it looks busy when you get there, they always make room for guests. The pros and cons, pros, delicious, clean, friendly, reasonable. I wish it were closer to home."

"the only thing that quickly came to the table was the check. the waiter was good, he was super busy, but he did the best he could. our eating came out at different times, so we were not able to eat our meal together. we sat on a table and at the end of dinner there was a service fee on each of our bills. come to find out the service fee is not the waiter tipp it is an additional fee the restaurant added. when we were asked about the service fee, we were told that there was a fee the restaurant added to pay the people in the return. that means that they have charged each one of us to cook our food or just come to the restaurant) so we had from a party of 6 all a service fee of 5,50 or more depending on how much they were, plus we had to type the waiter. on the way out, I did not see 1 sign that there is a service fee to be added to my bill. I will never go back to this restaurant as long as they have a service fee. the price for food plus service fee plus tipp is the hokkaido experience!"

"I have been a frequent customer of Kumo for the past 12 years. During the Pandemic they only did carry out and delivery. This month I have visited them four times. Here are my observations: Service: AWESOME!!! They have really gone from outstanding to AWESOME! Food: OUTSTANDING! I don't work close to Kumo anymore, so I tried multiple sushi places and they all suck. Kumo has the best Sushi in Northern Virginia. I have become an addict to the their lunch menu. Check it out on their site, better yet, go there for lunch. You can get 3 high quality Sushi Rolls, a Miso soup or a Salad for $18.00. Ambiance: Nice super clean environment. Great place for Lunch or to take a date in the evening. I strongly recommend this great hidden gem."

"today we ordered 2 chicken dishes from this place. First they only allow them to order online. we were totally amazed, the amount of teller for $20.00 I have lived in nj for 2 decades and never saw such a amount and price for a court. it is daylight robbery of customers. we paid $40 for the two orders. if they don't mind paying exorbitant prices for this kind of food. they are at the right place!"

"Was in the mood for some sushi, so decided to check this spot out. It was very hot outside and so we needed to be inside, this place had both seating available luckily. The sushi is interesting as they have random ingredients in them like mango,pineapples, asparagus, and the list goes on. It was decent sushi, but not the best in Raleigh. I give it a 3 because of howrandom it was and the prices are a little much."

"We were craving sushi delivery in Brooklyn and decided to try out Ako Asian Fusion. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious their tempura was - so crunchy and perfectly cooked! We ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura. They also offer a special deal of 8 rolls for $40, which includes 2 sides (choices are miso soup or salad, or one of each). We appreciated that they don't overload their rolls with rice. I asked for 4 rolls with no rice to fit my keto diet. The only item we didn't enjoy was the eel, as it had too many bones. We also tried their tri-color summer rolls, which were fantastic. If you haven't ordered from them on Seamless before, you may be eligible for a 25% discount."

"Great place, friendly staff. Resturant is alway clean and free of any kind of odor unlike the delmar location. The food is amazing.
