"I ordered the Duck, Duck, Juice, served in a fishbowl glass, complete with a souvenir rubber duck—so adorable! It was a tasty mix of raspberry, banana, and rum, and priced at just $4.25. A bottle of Yuengling was only $2. They have a variety of beers on tap that you can see, but there isn’t a drink menu available. The table we were seated at felt a bit cramped, and I wondered how larger guests might feel. There are tables with both high and low seats, which might be more accommodating.
The food was fresh and arrived quickly, even with a decent crowd during Thursday dinner time. There were signs on the door indicating that they are short-staffed like many places these days, but despite that, the service was good.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the restaurant features numerous TV screens with sports playing. I even brought home some leftover cheesesteak, which was easily customizable—I ordered mine without peppers, onions, or tomatoes, but added lettuce and mayo. I also ordered the Original sandwich, which comes with pastrami, cheese, tomato, French fries, and coleslaw—no customizations on that one.
We tried the mozzarella cheese wedges as an appetizer since they were out of pretzels, which was disappointing, but the cheese wedges were hot and served with delicious marinara sauce. I would definitely recommend this place. Don’t miss the happy hour drinks at half price!"
