Perfect! Forelle Müllerin (fried with decomposed butter, salt potatoes and dill cucumber salad (19.50€): Through positive response to this perfectly prepared, meaty crispy fresh fish and all supplements. Great! Rumpsteak with mushrooms, herbal butter, grill tomato and fries (26.50€ : Supercots and juicy large piece of meat perfectly moored by the degree of cooking. Potato supplement in gourmet quality. Male hearty delicious! Fried salmon trout fillet with plums, herbs and potatoes (26,50€ : Seasonally harmoniously the sand-free and pleasantly tasted mushrooms enriched with fresh herbs in juicy rich, tastefully originally balanced fish fillets. Composed in combination / supplement excellently. Zanderfilet with bloodworm, apple and potato ram (24,50€ : just as well as the salmon trout; here the slightly less intense fish paired with the crisp taste explosion of Rhenish supplement and the pleasantly balanced, butty puree. Creative 4.5*! This is why our calorie bombs do not go to dessert here: variation of homemade sorbet and ice (8,00€ : mint, basil and sour cream 3 wonderfully freshly intensely composed flavors are each perfectly matched and decorated. „Mohr im Shirt“ with homemade pumpkin seed oil and cream (9,00€ : Fresh Austrian Mini Gugelhupf with Schokosauce. Gem. Ice cream with cream (2 balls 4,60€ : Mom can't stop so much, but is happy! Throughout a round, high-quality thing. Such a visit remains in memory and is like to be repeated when it fits. Unconditionally recommended for the complete experience as in our case, but please leave annoying children or smartphones at home; this house and the performance deserve respect!"
