"After much advice, I went to the Mason Inn. The bar itself was much more than I expected; She has a stylish sport feeling, accompanied by a warm smile as you walk in the door. I'm not from the Pittsboro area, but I felt at home when I was with the locals. The food at the Mason Inn is not only defined by words. I ordered a Kalzon, with green pepper, onion, mushroom, sausage and extra cheese. I had expected to have a calzone that was compatible with the quality of pizza hat or another national chain. That wasn't the case. The appearance, quality and taste of the food was shocking. I have eaten pizza in Chicago and New York's most famous pizza restaurants, the quality of Mason Inn's food rival...

Been coming here for the past 20 years. Still a great place but the keep moving back the kitchen hours. They have been closing at 9 lately. Serve a limited menu if staff are the issue, but not everyone can eat dinner at 6.

Decent. Small, full of locals, but for a damned good reason. I moved here from Long Island NY and have tasted the best pizza in NY. For a town of this size it sure beats Pizza Hut. Good pizza, great tenderloins,and fabulous fish on Friday. Take out is the way to go. The nonsmoking area still gets smell of smoke but tolerable. If they just had an outdoor pergola for summer........

We waited an hour and a half to get our food. Our appetizer took at least a half hour to get then our food was another hour. Our friend ordered a pizza and we ordered a breaded tenderloin to split with fries and 3 cokes....our bill was $65. We should of just got up and walked out but we're not that kind of people. Will we go back.....probably not And that was our first time there. Sad
