"I was visiting Boston over Labor Day weekend with some friends and we were looking to get a lobster roll from somewhere. We ended up at Tia’s since we were in the area. I do not recommend this place at all. Between the 4 of us, we ordered 3 lobster rolls and a clam chowder. For the lobster rolls, we had an option of getting it warm with butter or cold with Mayo. We all got the “warm” one with butter and when it arrived it wasn’t very warm and seemed like it had been sitting there for a while before it came to us. The waitress came to check on us *once* and when I told her that it was cold and seemed like it was sitting there for a while, she asked me if I wanted her to go heat it up for me. (Like in a microwave???? . I declined and we just went on with our meal. I split a bill with one person and for two very small, overcooked, and cold lobster rolls it came out to 70! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I feel that people need to know before going there (especially if you’re on a vacation there, so you can find something better . I don’t mind spending on good food, but I don’t see how they can justify serving this to people for the price. We were extremely disappointed. Hope this helps someone else."

"The folks at South End Pizza are so incredibly kind, attentive and fast — that the pizza is some of our favorite in town makes this place even more of a neighborhood jewel! Our delivery driver last night waited a few extra minutes to hand deliver our food (they’re so quick the food beat us home! and was beyond nice about it. "The chaats are terrible. Papdi chat was missing almost every spice. It was bland and soggy. Barely taste any yogurt, the sweet chutney provided was more sour than sweet and lacked any hint of chilies or other spices. The Gobi Manchurian was like a giant tree of cauliflower (you do know that the cauliflower flower florets need to be broken down and then crisped) and soggy!! Surprisingly the flavor was better than it looked. The samosa chaat was decent not exactly gourmet butit had some flavors come through. It lacked the crispy edges of the samosas and it looks more like a potato patty instead of a samosa. It?s a aloo patty chaat instead of a Samosa chaat. I don?t know what to say about the vegetable biryanibecause they forgot to provide the biryani (and wanted me to come back in person to provide a credit or pick it up again). The Paneer was decent, nothing gourmet again. The cubes were soft but the curry was just downright average. Thenaan on the other hand was just simply undercooked and raw!!"

"Good coffee, great prices. We spilled an iced coffee and they were so nice about cleaning it up and insisted on getting us a fresh one without charge (we made sure to make it up in tips). We've been here multiple times and it's been great every time regardless of what we order. The pastry and cake selection is also delightful! Whether you want to try something new or go back to your old favorites, Athan's in Brighton Center is a great choice."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bawk! by Urban Roots in Sacramento, CA, and it was an exceptional experience. "The location and ambience was fine. Having eaten at other Legal restaurants, I was looking forward to this venue. The food was average at best. I had the haddock with cracker crumbs, broccoli and rice. There were very few crumbs..the food was lukewarm at best. The broccoli was apparently grilled but hardly cooked quite hard to eat). The lobster bisque was ok, not superior for sure. Upon leaving I used the restroom and there was NO toilet paper. Fortunately I carry tissue in my purse. I expect the prices to be above average so that was no surprise but I do like to get what I pay for"

"I was doing a little riding and ended up here. The salmon was a tad bit too salty and cooked a little longer than I prefer, but still enjoyed the flavor of the meal. My broccoli was cold though. Not warm. Not lukewarm. Cold. So, I assume it was already put in the container while cooking the salmon which sitting there would become cold. The veggie egg rolls were pretty solid I really liked the Passion Fruit Tea. I asked for onions to be added to my fried rice and they said no. No problem. What I really didn't appreciate was that the chefs/owners both came from the back several times, looked me in the face each time and did NOT acknowledge me whatsoever. I literally was the only one dined-in at that time. Anyone else that came in was there for pick-up. That being said, one of the regulars came in for pick-up (I'll keep race out of it ???? and they had a full blown convo. ???? The son, however, was very nice, professional apologetic for the broccoli being cold and I appreciate that! Lastly, the condiments on the tables need to be cleaned and changed out. It's highly unsanitary leaving plasticware in the chili oil especially if it's not going to be changed often, or at all. I can tell it's been sitting in there for quite some time. Ok Howe... this is my first experience of the town. Hoping for the best going fwd! ???????? In the meantime, be careful who you look past/down upon. You never know who's walking into your establishment. ????"

"Overall we did not have the best dining experience here. The food was good and the service was quick but there were others problems. First it was unbearably hot in the restaurant. Boston has been very hot over our trip and there was no air conditioning in the dining area. They had one large window open and a ceiling fan on low, with no breeze it was hotter in the restaurant than on the street. We would have left, but we were hungry and didn't want to wait at a different restaurant. We ate as quickly as possible and went somewhere cooler for a dink to cool down. Diners should also be aware that the menu prices are now about double what is posted on the menu here on open table, which I don't have a problem with as long as it is quality food, and it was with large portions. I would say I would give this restaurant another try if I am in town when it is cooler, but definitely not in the summer again."

"We tried this place for the first time through Uber eats. The food was ready within few minutes and got delivered. The food was amazing and delicious. We got the chimichanga and the fajitas. The meat was greatly cooked and the salad and rice were completely fresh. Loved the sauces that came with it but wish it had some jalapenos and sour cream. The beans and sauce tasted the same almost and the tortilla was very small for fajitas. Loved the price and the taste of the food, will visit again. Not sure about the in-person experience and dining atmosphere, as I see lot of bad reviews on here."

"Phenomenal experience Kyle chef-owner does amazing work here. They have small plates kind of like tapas. Me and my wife split 4 items and desserts. They recommend between 3-5 items I would say that's on par. Everything here was fresh and delivered as it was finished there was no waiting under heat lamp it was amazing. The beet crostini was spectacular I'm not even a huge beet fan, My wife said be adventurous and oh my that was so good. The duck and mushroom confit were both very decadent and well prepared. Pan roasted shrimp had this amazing sauce very well done. The two desserts of chocolate cake and olive oil cake was the perfect topper. Great service. I would highly recommend and would love to come back."

But if you prefer to hide from Boston's winter, there is also seating inside.I got the blackberry jasmine matcha from the special drinks menu. The matcha froth was nice, but the blackberry taste was a bit too subtle. I liked the drink overall, though.For food, I got the brie pepper toast and cinnamon bun. I liked the different flavors and textures of the brie pepper toast: the creaminess of the brie, the sweetness of the jam, and a kick from the pepper. The arugula also added a nice finish. But my toast tasted a bit stale. The cinnamon was pretty good.Overall, I was satisfied with what I ordered and would probably come back to try more drinks."

"My mom and I tried this place for the first time today. I highly recommend you NOT go there. We ordered the real deal melt or whatever it was called with roast beef and caramelized onions and mustard and cheddar cheese. Well it sounded good but when we got it it was cold, the meat was hardly there, and it was shredded meat like scraps. It was disgusting and the focaccia bread which is homemade was OK but it fell apart. I have proceeded to message them on Facebook to let them know how I felt about our experience and they read it and never responded. It's a good thing they're selling because they need to put somebody in there who really cares about the product they put out"

"I Love Billy Tse's! Have bee going for years and it is always fantastic. The owner as well as all of the staff are wonderful and the food is always delicious and they are always very accommodating. Great, fun bar area but large dining room is also perfect for larger groups. Highly recommend!"
