Might not have gone full electronic like other restaurants who knows. At least they got order correct and my drink. Got the chicken Cajun fillet sandwich it was ok sort of bland could be more spicier."

Real greasy fried chicken that?s half crust, but once you get that off it tastes pretty good. Popeyes is a block away and much better.

So I eat at Bojangles almost everyday and loved the old bbq sauce. It was literally the only reason I ordered form here. Now they switched to this disgusting thin bbq sauce and I?m unfortunately never coming back unless they bring back the old bbq sauce :

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4-piece upper combo. When I came home, I realized that they didn't put any fries in them. I called the restaurant and the manager told me that she would need me to come back with the receipt and all the food before she would reimburse me for the fries. Since I won't get there for $2, I thought this place can only get a 1-star rating for their bad customer service.
