"I went to this restaurant for lunch on 05/15/21 and upon being seated, I noticed a significant amount of dust around our table. It appeared as though the area had not been cleaned in quite some time. Despite the great food and service from our server, the state of the seating area almost made me consider leaving. I couldn't help but wonder if the kitchen was in a similar condition. It might be beneficial for the staff who were chatting loudly at the front to prioritize cleaning before seating customers. I am unsure if I would return to this restaurant."

We celebrated our son's 13th birthday at this restaurant! We arranged a build your own pizza party for our autistic son, and they organized everything at our tables for the kids to create their own pizzas which were then cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service. Lack of attention from staff. Employees claiming to be too busy to help. Waiting 20-30 minutes for a drink or even water. Requesting salad dressing was a problem as it was never delivered. Disappointing to see the decline in quality. This location urgently needs assistance. I probably won't be coming back. The link provided in response is not functioning. I attempted to use it to no avail.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've had at Foxwoods, period. We waited 40 minutes for a sandwich, salad, and a pizza, only to be told by the manager that it was actually 35 minutes. Meanwhile, two families that arrived after us received their food within 20 minutes. It seemed like my family was treated differently because of our complexion. On a positive note, our server, Joe, was fantastic. Thank you, Joe. Service: Dine in.
