"I have to give this place 5 stars. It was great. I arrived early and sat at the bar while I waited for a friend to arrive. It was better for us to order a bottle than to go by the glass and by the end of the night we had two bottles. It was high quality and easy to drink with the great food we had. At the bar we had complimentary appetizers that were to die for. I was happy to drink wine and go for more appetizers. We realized that this place fills up so fast that if you don't get there early, you will not find a place to sit and dine. Should that happen, it's really worth the wait. I've been fortunate enough to dine in many different places all around the country and then some. I have to say, this is overall one of the best experiences I’ve had to date! Wonderful food drinks and deserts! Top it off with the perfect atmosphere.... you should be planning your next trip back asap.

I recently had the opportunity to go to such a wonderful restaurant and setting called...Canyon. The minute you walk into this amazing place, you feel as if you’re in the home in Spain, from the lighting, to the curtains on the booth, to the adobe style painting. The food from start to finish was impeccable, the service excellent and the desserts, simply irresistible! I highly recommend this to anyone that wants something that will linger on their taste buds and want more!
