We loved this place! Was afraid it was going to be touristy and not great food but was so pleasantly surprised. We had to wait for a while but walked over to the brewery next door and had a drink while we waited. Got the scallops and the fried artichoke hearts as an appetizer both were amazing! Had the blackened coastal shrimp for dinner and cheese grits and ate every bite. Delicious!

We got there early and there was still a 20-minute wait but it's worth it. I had the crab legs and although they are over $40 a serving, they were delicious and prepared perfectly. My wife had two appetizers as her entree: a crab cake and the Fried Grit Fritter. The crab cake was as expected but the Fried Grit thing wasn't very good. As for the staff, the service was very professional, and everyone seemed to have a good attitude. Maybe tonight they weren't at their very best but this place is still very good!

Crabdaddies is a place where the food is stellar enough for a special occasion, but casual enough that you can enjoy it. We ate it here for the first time for a birthday celebration and we were blown away from our appetizer to our desserts. The dressings for the salad tasted as if they were made in house. The fried grit fritters with the roasted red pepper cream sauce were delicious. Crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside they are well worth the calories.
