"I always had great experiences here and today was terrible. After my order at 3:56 I was informed that it would be ready at 4:46. My wife waits in the car and at 4:57 a.m. goes to the house to get the food and was told that the order was not suspended and they regretted that they would just start the order. My wife waits for another 20 minutes in the car and then gets it. I saw a $8.50 cent loan on a $57 dollar order plus tip. I called the store directly and asked how they got up with the loan amount and said I had to talk to a manager. I like eating at Divano's! The slices of pizza are huge, so I just one piece the quality of ingredients is obvious how good the pizza tastes! Very recommended?

Absolutely perfect! We stayed tonight (Sunday) at 630 a.m.... welcomed immediately and able to order 3 slices of cheese pizza! Great customer service and delicious food! Definitely recommend!

This place is downhill. We just ordered our Italian food from here. Today, when I came in, I was greeted with an attitude. I just ordered a simple Ziti with Marinara sauce. 20 minutes later I went to pick up my order, and it was wrong, but the lady at the front counter had told my husband that what I got was as I had ordered. She was reluctant to fix it and unapologetic. Once we picked it up again, it was still wrong, but I didn't want to win this fight, so I left. It won't be back. Not recommended.
