"On a trip from Seattle to S. Cal decided to stay in Yreka, CA. Checked in the hotel to find dinner. We decided to try the Jefferson Roadhouse; what a beautiful experience! Changed to be greeted by Colette who was very happy, nice start!! Asked if we wanted a stand or table, okay, that's nice! She walked us to our booth and strategically set us with excellent distance between customers, thank you! Offer us water and maismuffins, okay, why not try the maismuffins? Food and service were great. The recommendation of our waitress to try to fight the French dip on Parmesan Sauerteig (a change from the menu). It was delicious! We're going back.

Delicious. Prime rib was amazing and the lobster tail was very tender. Our waitress, Kathleen was wonderful and I feel she should definitely be working at a gourmet room or some kind of fine dining establishment. Spot on service and awesome cocktails. What a great evening. A definite must try!

Beautiful small place mix of local tourists through their way to or from Oregon. Danielle, who runs the bar, was my server and was great. It took care of everyone as if it were their only table. Started with a well made drink followed by a blue cheese wedge salad with tomatoes and amazing gobs by bacon yummy bacon. Followed by Jefferson Burger who quished half a pound bacon Cheeseburger with onion rings in for comfort. It was all really good with carrot cake for dessert, which was open too rich for me to have more than two or three bites. I come to Yreka a few times a year I will definitely come back!
