"We stopped in at your Erie location last night with the visit being our first experience with your restaurant. The entire staff was exceptional beginning as we entered the door with the hostess with a smile on her face welcoming us. The waitress we had was excellent. She listened to our preferences and made excellent recommendations on what to order. She was very well informed on the drinks available and made us feel like we were her only guests, in which we were not I noticed this is how she treated all her guests. We requested her name which was Andrea. The food was delicious, we loved the BLT salad!! I am happy to say we will return to your location which is a 1 hr drive for us but well...

Our experience at Firebird’s was excellent. Great food with very nice presentation. Excellent value for the price. Great atmosphere, and most important our server, Addie, was excellent.

We made a reservation a half hour before close for 8ppl and treated as if it were the start of dinner time. Friendly server and the food was yummy! The menu is large enough for options as yet not overwhelming. I will DEFINITELY return next trip to the area.
