"I always go to this location because of the great customer service. However on 4/7/22 at 5:50pm I was unhappy with the service I received. The young lady at the pick up counter (Samantha) was very rude to my son (10) who went in to pickup the pizza. He came back to the car a total of 3 times with another story. First time she said another 25min. Fine. The second time she said another 5 minutes. I told him wait for an additional 5 minutes. He went in and came back to the car and said she told him the pizza takes 55minutes to cook it’s not ready what don’t he understand about that. I decided to go in and see what was going on as to why a pizza I ordered a hour ago isn’t ready and they aren’t...

Edit...has the pizza today, excellent. I know I should have had the pizza, but I had a taste for pasta. ordered fattyuccine alfredo, it was ok. service was pleasant.

Had an excellent time until the manager ignored a customer and when we tried to point it out, looked me dead in my face and said I am aware.. rude as hell. Rude is so unprofessional. It is not a customer's fault you do not like your job or you are having a bad day. Rudeness is ugly.

So I'm a thin crusty type of gal, but my niece wanted deep dish and it was good. we ordered the suprems, but it didn't come with olives. So we added it. when the pizza came, the olives were literally upstairs. So I felt that was a little off. in the rule it will be baked with the other wobbles, paprika, sausage, etc., but it tastes? me good. my niece said it didn't taste as if it were baked together.
