"Was passing through Parkersburg at lunchtime, so I thought I'd try this place out. The place is T I N Y, but don't let that deter you. If you're more than two people, it's going to be cozy. I decided to eat in my car since it was lunch time. Based on the rating, I was OK with the 10 minute wait. After all, it's one guy. Honestly the best gyro I've had, and best falafel I've had. Wow. Veggies were cool and crispy and seasoned well, the pita was charred lightly from thegrill, and that sauce was just fantastic. Heavy on the dill and spices. Falafels were warm, crunchy and heavily seasoned...SO good. He didn't skimp on them either.. The little crumbles of feta were a nice touch. Just all around...

Food is so delicious! You can tell the owner makes all the dishes out of love. I can't say anything has disappointed. Today we had the Chicken Schwarma and Gyro Salad.. Every bite has such amazing flavor ?

Today we ate lunch at Gyro King. It was my first time here and we loved everything. I had the salmon salad and others in our group tried the gyros and sandwiches. Everything was fresh, authentic and delicious. We highly recommend giving them a try. We can?t wait to go back!

Best gyro I?ve ever had, hands-down. Definitively Moroccan-influenced?even the cheesteak (pictured)?, which adds a whole new dimension to the simple yet elegant gyro. By the way, don?t let the prices scare you; the sandwiches are huge and more than filling. I?ll definitely be coming here again next time I?m in town?and I?m bringing friends. Kinda excited to try the hummus.
