"In Chicago, family from the city visited and had dinner here at my last night. I was very impressed with the meal. Steak was very good, and I was very glad you didn't need steak sauce. Because there was no sauce on the table, I took it as a sign that the steak is good. I was right. The vegetables were not special and they were good, but garlic potatoes (I forget what the actual page is called) were delicious. The parts were right. Food and service were amazing! I have the NY stripes and shrimps Sampi and the peanut butter cake for dessert. Much better steak than many places with great names in my hometown Chicago worth visiting if you stay somewhere even relatively close.

My husband and I went out for our anniversary. The service was great. We ordered the garlic bread and a Caesar salad for appetizers. For our entrée we eat had a new york strip. Our steaks were cooked perfectly as we ordered them. Our waitstaff was always checking in to make sure we didn't needed anything more. We will be going back

J. Morgan 's Steakhouse gave us our best meal by far on our entire vacation. The salad was perfectly dressed and the garlic bread was 5+. We know now why they call it their famous garlic bread. Our steaks were cooked as ordered and superbly seasoned. Great selection of spirits as well. Fred, our bartender/server for the evening, was personable and attentive. We wish this restaurant was in our hometown so we could come on a regular basis.
