"my fiancée and I visited here on 10 september while we were on vacation. eating is good and the environment invites you. the personal is mostly very friendly and takes care of the customers. except a gentleman who has a bartender and is the bartender. I asked for a gun on the rocks. very easy to make drink. it came to my table that was watered down. I sent it back, he said he didn't clog it, refused to do it again, refused to pay back the drink. he either doesn't know what he does or he steals from customers. Watch your drinks!

that is a place with great food. I'm sad to write how bad the service has become. numerous problems with ordering to go in the last months. Today we tried to call twice. no answer. then we show up and they said that they won?t do to order today without leaving a declaration. platz had many open tables and was not everywhere close to full. that was around 18 o'clock. we even offered to sit on the bar and order drinks. then when the food was ready to put in boxes. they also refused. customer service and I don't think they'll get it anymore. we would eat it every time we arrived in the city (at least monthly). no more. I hope other people read this that they think to eat here, keep this in mind...
