"The service here is friendly, and the portions were shaken. We ordered the Rock Steak Salat and Francesca Veal Chiop Milanezza, which was more than enough to feed 2 hungry dinners. We also have a bottle of our favorite Italian wine to share Ripassa Valpolicella. The wine prices are really amazing here, only 10-15% mark of retail stores, which is quite impressive for a restaurant. Great food, had the empanadas, 1 beef, 1 ham and cheese and 1 caprese. Good bread rolls, great mussels, loved the sauce they came with. Had the rib-eye steak and fries, good size steak. Our server Carlos was very attentive and very informative of the whole menu. He mentioned happy hour every day! The prices on wine bottles are probably the best I’ve ever seen. We enjoy dining out so we will return for more.

The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is exceptional. The service is a way. Our waiter, Diego was amazing and very polite to say the least. The cook cooks delicious food! The manager lady, is a wonderful lady, knows how to explain the restaurant inquiries in a flash. All waiters and restaurant staff are extremely unprofessional and capable of fulfilling any desire. Thanks Milanezza restaurant for the celebration of Father's Day we will always appreciate! This is by far, our favorite restaurant in all Key Biscayne!!!!

I just had dinner in Milanezza. Wow! The food is one of the best I have eaten in a long time! As a cook, in the picky with food, but the whole experience was just great! From bread and flavoured butter to the truffled Parmesan fries, Milanezza Wagyu beef, Picanha. Yummy! Emilios Service was the highlight of the night! So friendly and on point with everything! Thanks for the first time in Key Biscayne so welcoming and so funny! If we are in Florida next time, we will definitely come back! Five stars on the way! Oh! Don't forget the dessert! Chocotorta is the way to go! Delicious!
